Herr Bright,

The Ministry of Economic Development has not received sufficient evidence about the benefits of this proposal for Rheinland over and above what is achievable without contravening existing regulations. Therefore, you request to transport the following cargo in Rheinland is:
  • Light Arms: denied.

Frau Schulze expects that your organization make a concerted effort to outline a proposal which takes into account the relations between the governments of Rheinland and Liberty. This proposal must then be approved via Rheinland corporate and security channels, before being re-submitted on your behalf by their appointed representatives.

Kind regards,
Susanne Huber
Home secretary

Bretonia Mining & Fabrications
Corporate Lawyers Office

To the Ministry of Trade (Rhineland)

On behalf of the Bretonian Mining and Fabrication company (BMF) and after communication with the Rhineland Military we seek approval of His Majesties Imperial Government to transport Bretonian Military Surplus to Rhineland. Below is our application for a license of trade (restricted).

In addition, we wish to provide proof of our communication with the Rhineland Military in which it confirms their interest in our offer.

BMF| Vessels

Persons responsible:
Dylan Hunt (CEO)
Mark Harris (Director - Security)
William Steiner (Company Lawyer, head of Legal affairs)

Ship/organization´s ID papers and IFF code: BMF| ID, BMM IFF

Cargo which you want to transport, its origin and target destination:
Military surplus equipment (including munitions, weapons, and other such equipment)
Additional goods (including rations, standard operational spares, and standard-issue consumer goods)

Reasons why this license is needed/requested, and why this request is beneficial for Rhineland:

The Rhineland Military (and their respective sister agencies) have been approached about accepting surplus Bretonian Weapons, arms and munitions for purchase. At this time they have indicated their acceptance. We believe this will be in the best interests of Rhineland as in addition to being provided quality arms the BMF has a specific desire to bring back Rhinelandic goods to Bretonia. Increasing the amount of goods as well as diversifying what is shipped to Rhineland will increase the amount of economic trade to your House, specifically to your outer systems as well (Stuttgart and Franfurt being the most likely destinations as well as New Berlin)

Herr Steiner,

Despite the favorable response from our forces, the Ministry of Economic Development further requires that an understanding be reached between yourself and the foremost Rheinland corporations. Frau Schulze is concerned about the intent behind this license implies undue competition with the above without existing collaboration. Therefore, you request to transport the following cargo in Rheinland is:
  • Military Surplus: denied.

Please don't hesitate to re-apply for a license after a favorable communication takes place with the leaders of Rheinland's shipping organizations.

Kind regards,
Susanne Huber
Home secretary

RE: Restricted cargo licensing registry - Promotheus - 12-30-2024

Callsign of the ship(s) or identification tag: [-Cryer-]

Name of the captain of the ship or organization´s responsible person: Amelia O'Quinn as CEO of Cryer Pharmaceuticals, (represented in this request by Bob Bobberson)

Ship/organization´s ID papers and IFF code: Cryer Pharmaceuticals

Cargo which you want to transport, its origin and target destination:
Cardamine (as well as Shigeakiki), Slog and Nox, House police stations, Cryer bases in Liberty, Bretonia and the Tau-31 system.

Reasons why this license is needed/requested, and why this request is beneficial for Rheinland:
GIven the recent increase in drug trafficing and addiction under the lower income population, Cryer would like to speed up development of treatments. In order to speed up this research we need more samples of the compounds in question for experimentation. Additionally we would like to periodically purchase any excess supplies Rheinland law enforcement might have confiscated from smugglers. This would provide us with a lawful method of obtaining these components while increasing the coffers of Rheinland and reducing expenditure on storage and destruction of the confiscated contraband. This license would also mean we'd be able to provide any prison stations with the compounds should they be needed to prevent a prisoner from dying to the effects of addiction.

Needless to say any products created by Cryer for the treatment of these nefarious drugs would be made available to the markets of Rheinland as well, after passing all trials and paperwork for approval of course.

Herr Bobberson,

The Ministry of Economic Development has not received sufficient evidence about the benefits of this proposal for Rheinland over and above what is achievable without contravening existing regulations.
Therefore, you request to transport the following cargo in Rheinland is:
  • Cardamine denied.
  • Nox denied.
  • Shigeakiki denied.
  • Slog denied.

Frau Lechner has recommended establishing a working relationship with Rheinland corporations in order to fulfill your sample quotas for the aforementioned substances. A request can then be made on your behalf by one of their representatives. Further, it would require extraordinary circumstances for this office to take the risk of introducing Cardamine to the general public of Rheinland via its procurement, however briefly. I am sure you understand our concerns, mein Herr, given the situation in Liberty that resulted in your very request.

Kind regards,
Susanne Huber
