Yeah sorry for adding more confusion. I only mentioned synth weed for the ID rules vs rp laws thing.
I'm still confused about the supremacy of either here - like the IC/GC thing - could a GC kill your IC to stop it docking? Surely if rheinland outlawed synth for all Cryer couldn't be shot for it, because why's it even on the I'd otherwise?
This is why I'm saying it would be easier if they were in agreement, or if there was some clear thing somewhere saying one>other
But this isn't really an rfp thing anymore. Rfp were within rp and going back 3 years I've only had good interactions

The "Can lawfuly do XXXX" part is only for a matter of server rules, not inRP ones. For example a universal shipping ID'ed ship landing on a Liberty Rogues base is ooRP, and someone caught doing that can be reported for 6.9. The only thing the IDs mean by the "lawfully do XXX" is that ships doing it won't get sanctioned for it, RP consequences CAN be a punishment, such as the ship's destruction, or filling an FR5 against it.

Cryer may demand cardamine - so I'm almost sure they can haul it by rules.
counterfeit software? eh, why should you?

inRP is of course both punishable.

The Bundschuh was founded on the principle that Rheinland's law enforcement (and government) is totalitarian and oppressive... but when they act it, you're complaining?
