Well that why my aiming sucks so bad, all the shots outside of the dot are lucky shots, and I never ever hit. And can't aim where the other guy moves either.

Screw it.
Gave up already, was practicing and both aiming and evasion got worse after that.
anyways got a missile stinger again.
