Konbanwa.

I have to report something quite unbelievable.

Today, as i was patrolling with Ishikawa-san, we found a Dragon in our way and i eventually destroyed her vessel.
As we were moving to Shikoku to drop her on Fuchu prison, the Dragon somehow managed to escape.

Worried, i moored with Ishikawa-san Chimaera and, using the emergency airlock, entered in his ship.

I found him facing the Dragon. The woman was almost naked.
She then threatened to kill him and i was forced to return into my ship.

The chimaera then quickly headed to Saiun cloud, and finally dropped a pod.
I was forced to stop to tractor it.

I found inside the pod Ishikawa, who appeared to have lost his trousers.

I suspect him to somehow have fell in love with that.. Criminal.
And then to have done what he could to help her escape her fate.

I believe the High Command should clarify what exactly happened and what the Lieutenant-Commander Ishikawa-san actually did with that woman as they spent several hours in the Chimaera, him ending almost naked in the end.

Action Report: Hideaki Ishikawa
Date: June 29th

Today I went on a patrol with Ryoma Sakamoto-san.
We caught a slaver in Kyushu and forced him to drop the slaves. With the help of the Naval Forces transport Amakusa we managed to save all of them.

Then we moved back to Shikoku where we saw a certain member of the blood dragons I already encountered once.
At this point Hung-san joined the patrol.
There also was a gallic cruiser present, who got escorted back to the Taus by me and Hung-san, while Sakamoto-san talked with the dragon.

When I arrived in Shikoku again, a Bowex vessel tried to cross Kusari space. Sakamoto-san escorted it back to the Taus and let me in care of the dragon for that time.
Now, that particular dragon claimed that she wanted to turn herself in and would provide us with information about the blood dragons in exchange for some kind of amnesty.

Sakamoto-san decided to take her into custody and hear what she has to say.
We picked her up and brought her to Matsue Base in Hiroshima.
The rest of the patrol was rather uneventful.

And.. one last thing.
Apparently.. I have been accused of doing certains things with a blood dragon.
None of it is true.
And I would very much like to speak with the person who accused me of such things...

This is directed to you, Takahashi-san.

I'm concerned by the behaviour and the general well being of the Lieutenant Xuan Hung.
Lately, as we were doing a routine patrol in Galileo, we had some time to chat.

I heard already he was spending all his nights on our bases barracks, which i believe, lowered significantly his good spirit.
But he told me during that patrol he was spending every nights in bars, drinking alone.
He then expressed his difficulties to weave friendly relations.

The Lieutenant also admitted he sometimes didn't sleep and returned to his duty without being certain if he was still drunk or if he was sober.

I don't want to cause him any trouble, but such a behaviour cannot be tolerated, as he is endangering his life by doing so.
Sooner or later, he will break, and we will have to clean the mess.

This odd behaviour he's having may be caused by the difficulty for him to integrate.
He spent all his life in Liberty after all, and i think he's having hard times to fit again in Kusari society.

Now i don't think any punishment would do any good in that context.
As wing-mates i guess we should do something to help him, but i can hardly say i or any of my men are what can be called real friends to him.

Since i'm sure you experienced such a thing before, i'm requesting guidance and advices regarding that special case.

Konnichi-wa.
Taking command of the Asagao, i moved to Omicron Theta today.

We didn't meet any resistance while moving there, and the Asagao soon moored with the station designated as Freeport 9.
Despite being quite surprised to see a Naval Forces vessel mooring with their station, the zoners didn't interfere.

I sent a small team to contact the few agents we have there, and they quickly began to look for the Lieutenant Hung Xuan.

He was located in one of the station's living districts.
Hung-san didn't resist his arrest. We found Kawamura Amaya with him.

We are currently heading back to Kusari. I shall drop Hung on Matsue, where he will be imprisoned until the High Command rules on his case.

The Lieutenant-Commander was checked by our medical team. She didn't seem to be injured.
I heard a succinct report from her. I asked her to rest a few hours and to send a complete report to the High Command regarding this case.

We will be back to Kusari space in a few hours.
