In fact, I dunno who instated it, but there was a "Don't go in my backyard rule" between Order and Liberty
Like Order don't go in Alaska and +.... Liberty don't go in minor...
there was NEVER a peace treaty of any kind . . . Just some kind of agreement/cease fire/whatever..
But dunno who made it in the first time, Me thinks it got implemented because of a huge misunderstanding related to Tenabras.
Even Igiss himself said that the Order should stay hostile and vice-versa
To solve the problem? simple, a LN fleet or fighter wing going in O-100 to bring back "The Osiris" to Juneau. Et voila, war again
EDIT: Why do you think I want Alaska to be restricted to RPers and forums members only? Because it is one of the only decent system in Liberty... All the rest are most of the time full of OOC and OORP folks ((Xenos using BHG bomber...))

They are both the same thing at the most basic level in that you have one person telling another how to RP beyond the demands the rules put on them.
If you have a faction, good for you, but if you RP that I, as an indy, have to fly backwards cause your faction does it then too bad, because I'm not going to do it just because some faction bully wants to throw his virtual weight around and make some "oorp indie" strawman excuse for it.

Wow! What has been going on! Teach me to take a breather from the forum!
The Liberty/Order treaty was created by an indie Order char and the factions tried to make it work even though it was unworkable. The admins have spoken and that's the end of it, there was always people who claimed to never know of the treaty and others who were never going to go along with it in the firstplace.
I am concerned regarding the Liberty/Rhienland trade embargo now though as a Trader ID player is just RP'ing their ID and as such we have no right to refuse them access to Liberty with Rhienland cargo at this moment. The Liberty/Rhienland embargo should be pulled with haste and a new RP solution found that does not restrict Trader ID's from RP'ing their role.
The Order/Liberty treaty R.I.P. Hell I always enjoyed shooting Order anyway :D
