RE: Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Internal Comms - James Horatio Creed - 09-22-2021 Internal Communication Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: HIGHLY CLASSIFIED Sender Name: Fleet Admiral James Horatio Creed Recipient: All High Command Admirals Due to a latest spell of incursions within the Liberty sector, one of these incursions has come to my attention, as rather alarming to be frank. This incursion is involving an Artificial intelligence Cruiser, who seems to avoid interaction with our operatives and also, has been spotted near Classified installations within New York and scanning them in some way. This situation has forced me to initiate one of our special protocols.... CLASS PROPOSAL : KETER INTENT : Proposed as extremely risky and delicate operations. These can be missions that require stepping out of naval normal bounds, wartime critical operations that have clear consequences involved or the risk of any Navy installation being destroyed or the lives and livelihoods of 46th members, Naval officers and Liberty citzens be put on Jeopardy. Due to this vessel being close to Naval Installations, the Class Protocol Keter has been initiated, which means that operatives who come into contact with this vessel will be told to initiate contact and if the vessel does not adhere to the demand to leave immediately, the vessel will be disabled by all available forces that we can establish on scene. I have also been told that this vessel is extremely dangerous and has armaments that can seriously damage our vessels, so this situation will need plenty of support for any operatives present. Also regarding our operatives.... I have had some good feedback about one of our Mentee role additions to the Fleet, and have actually flown with this individual, and have promoted him to the rank of Recruit, due to his professionalism and mental attitude, while he has been flying with us. I have heard we also have another Mentee with us at the moment and we will be evaluating him over the next week or so, and hopefully he will fit in like Sam has. Class Protocol Keter is now active and will be active until this AI threat has been dealt with. That wil be all ...... RE: Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Internal Comms - James Horatio Creed - 10-01-2021 Internal Communication Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: HIGHLY IMPORTANT Sender Name: Fleet Admiral James Horatio Creed Recipient: All High Command Admirals Encryption Protocol: HIGHLY IMPORTANT Well it seems the Gallic Navy, have grown a bit bored of their borders and have decided to do an incursion near Liberty, in Cortez to be precise. As I was assisting a secondary fleet battlecruiser behind Planet Curacao with some Insurgence ships, this Gallic fool in a Battlecruiser immediately attacked the secondary fleet Interdictor I was assisting. This prompted me to immediately engage the cruiser along with recruit Sam Gorski who was supporting me with Bomber cover fire. His attack was very strange, to say the least and would not listen to anything that we Hailed to the ship, regarding why he was there or why he attacked. I suggest we step up patrols around the California and Cortez regions, and make sure there are no more incursions of Gallic Naval vessels. Below is evidence of the destruction of this vessel by the secondary fleet Battlecruiser. RE: Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Internal Comms - sane - 10-01-2021 Internal Communication Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: GRANTED Sender ID: Lieutenant Commander Sebastian Müller Recipient ID: High Command Subject: Regarding Noel Tizona, Tony Storn High Command Members, after seeing two of our newest Recruitee's, namely Noel Tizona and Tony Storn, perform in the field, I am greatly impressed by the both of them. I was especially impressed today, after being ambushed by a Lane Hacker while doing Supply Runs for Salt Lake HQ in my ARMOUR-Transport (Report #231). Thanks to the Recruitee's swift reaction to my emergency call, they were able to scare away and eventually disable the Hacker, while my heavily damaged ship was able to limp back to Norfolk Shipyard for emergency repairs. Without their quick thinking, I might not have been here to write this Message. To sum up, I'm recommending the following:
That is all. RE: Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Internal Comms - James Horatio Creed - 10-02-2021 Internal Communication Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: INFORMATIVE Sender Name: Fleet Admiral James Horatio Creed Recipient: All High Command Admirals Encryption Protocol: INFORMATIVE Greetings to High Command members, It is clear at the moment that we have established a very good set of new recruits, and am very proud of all of them and the way they have established themselves within the operational protocols. I think it is clearly time to initiate our Recoil operatives, once again and make some scout missions beyond our normal boundaries, which will include Kansas and Vespucci, which are well within our Zones of operation. We will discuss this matter around our meeting table, and make some arrangements for to start scout missions with Recoil and establish whether we need to send any of our main Strike Force into these areas. We will collect intel and form that, we will establish what we need to do. I would like to discuss this in length and make sure that we are ready and able to supply the right operatives for each mission. So for now, we will discuss this and arrange everything, Good day. RE: Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Internal Comms - Blake Wayne Van Leer - 10-02-2021 Communication Liberty Navy 46th Fleet, Recoil Division Encryption Recoil-Theta Sender ID: Rear Admiral Blake Wayne Van Leer Recipient ID:FADM Subject: Invasion. Sir, I concur. The Hellfire Legion and Harmony separately had some sort of purpose and sense of honor, and the Commonwealth has kept the Hellfire Legion restrained as they had to defend and "police" their territory and had to project at least some humanity and compassion to their "citizens". That is now gone, the combined so called Insurgency has no restraint, no civilians to worry about. They have shown countless times they are openly willing to let Liberty be poisoned by Cardamine through working with the Outcasts and it is just a question of time before they take the step further towards terrorism and ruthless attacks on civilians, as they already have done with their what I assume was a brutal takeover of their own government. We must not let them fully rebuild after our Bering victory, the combined Insurgency has no ideals, stands for nothing but their own self interests. The Kansas and Vespucci will be the first large scale test since we have have became a primary fleet. I would suggest restraint and proper planning however, the systems are difficult to access will our entire armada at once. This will be a long and strenuous campaign but if succesfull it will cement our fleet's place in Liberty's history books. I will ready our Recoil Division light fighter scouts for the information gathering initial incursion. Following a recommendation from Ensign Dayvon Bennet, we will be stepping up patrols within the Texas and Virginia systems and most importantly, also intercepting civilians and others who think they can enter the restricted zones within Liberty. Individuals caught in these areas are to be stopped and made aware of the regulations regarding Liberty Law. If they cooperate and understand they are not supposed to be there, we can initiate a simple, small fine of 500,000 Credits and also a log of the encounter will be made on the Database. If certain individuals continue to flaunt these guidelines, we need to be more firm the next time and start to fine these pilots alot more, and if there is any non compliance from these individuals, then they will have their vessels disabled. This situation, I have witnessed at first hand with Ensigns Bennet, Gorski and recruit pilot Tony Storn, who by the way is doing an excellent job. So my recommendation for this will be to setup patrols each day and we will also initiate at times, a large number of vessels to be present so that these individuals know we mean business. Over the next few days I will be selecting some operatives who will be assigned to patrol these restricted areas and also partake in catching these individuals..... I hope we can smoothly use this tactic to deter these smugglers even more. Good day. RE: Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Internal Comms - James Horatio Creed - 10-22-2021 Internal Communication Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: IMPORTANT Sender Name: Fleet Admiral James Horatio Creed Recipient: All Operatives and Admirals Encryption Protocol: INFORMATIVE Greetings to High Command members and Operatives of the 46th Fleet, As you should have all or nearly all been briefed, we are going to be making a trip into the Vesspucci system and the mission is obviously highly classified and will be briefed to all operatives, some hours before the mission takes place. The first initial deployment, after High Command have gone over details is as follows. The 46th main Flagship the Argonaute will have its docking bays full of our main strike force fighter vessels and also may be accompanied by more, if they are available. We will also have a backup plan, where Anchorage will use our sophisticated jump system to pinpoint Argonaute's position, if the need arises for reinforcements to be deployed, seeing as Argonaute will be used to initiate communication with any hostiles within the system. Details of the actual mission, including time, date, and day will be communicated to all Mid Command and other operatives once the initial plan has been devised. The missions success relies on all 46th vessels making sure that the Argonaute is safe, and comes to no harm before the journey back to our own territory begins. Backup plans will be put into place, making sure that all of our options are covered in making the mission a success. High Command are at this moment ready to conviene, to discuss the final details of everything that needs to be put into place. I will be making sure that everyone who recieves this communication will be notified of the mission briefing, once we get all the deatils gathered, and will call a briefing in Salt Lake Headquarters main hangar, at the last minute before the mission is activated. RE: Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Internal Comms - Blake Wayne Van Leer - 10-30-2021 Communication Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Encryption Recoil-Theta Sender ID: Rear Admiral Blake Wayne Van Leer Recipient ID:FADM Subject: Kansas Sir, I believe Kansas should be our next target after Vespucci. On an incursion to the system the lone carrier under my command made two of their battleships flee and lead us to an installation of sorts that is in the open, simply orbitting one of the planets. The defenses and opposition seem to be much weaker than in Vespucci. Rear Admiral Upper half Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Important: This communication remains the property of the Liberty Navy 46th Fleet End of Communication RE: Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Internal Comms - James Horatio Creed - 11-09-2021 Internal Communication Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: HIGHLY CLASSIFIED Sender Name: Fleet Admiral James Horatio Creed Recipient: All High Command Admirals Today there was a lone mission by Recoil 12, which initiated a mission to Kansas and has established contact with the Delaware within the Pennsylvania system and the 46th Fleet will now be using the Battleship as a staging point. This staging point will be a crucial part of our endeavours to drive the Insurgency back and out of Liberty all together. During the coming weeks we will be stationing vessels within the system and also making more Recoil reconnaisance within Kansas to establish if there are any more possible Insurgency strongholds. This is an excellent piece of news regarding the positioning of the Delaware and it means a quicker response time from the vessels stationed there. So for now, let us get this operation rolling and get those ships stationed there. That wil be all ...... RE: Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Internal Comms - Lord Helmchen - 11-10-2021 Mission Debrief Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: GRANTED Sender Name: Lady Camile Summers Vessel Name: 46th|LNS-Lady.of.Leeds Systems Visited: New York Other Operatives Present: 46th|Dayvon.Bennet, Description of report: Behaviour Problems Recommendations: Psycological Evaluation ADMIRALS EYES ONLY cc: Lt Bennet, Lt Storn. Yesterday as the Lady of Leeds Undocked from the Moorings at Manhattan we Encountered the Lt.'s Bennet and Storn in Orbit engaged in a Heated Debate. I Immediately Demanded to know what the hell had happened and why they are doing such a Debate in Public. Even after Multiple attempts and orders from me and the Advice from 5th Lt Wilkes to Remind the Comand Chain and how he talked with me Bennet didn't bake down. We talked for a long time and Lt Bennet Ignored Several Warnings by myself and the other Operatives about the Code of Conduct he didn't want to calm down. In the end, I gave him the Direct Order to Take the Rest of the Day Off and Calm Down and He followed it. After this, I Talked with Lt Storn and it seemed that all this Mess was Caused by a Girl and that Bennet had made her Cry as he wanted a Diamond Back from her because Storn was Going on a Date with her. I don't know why he Snaped about something like this in Public but I think this isn't the Factor that haves an Influence here. My Advice is that Lt. Bennet is Orderd to see the Fleets Psychologist to Solve his Problems. Lt Bennet is a Valuable Member of the 46th Fleet and we should help him to overcome this issue. I Personally see i good Future in front of Bennet if he Manages to Follow the Code of Conduct and the Commands of his Superiors. My Advice is to Give him a Chance to Help and not Punish him this Time, But the Decision about this is as always for the Admirals of the Fleet to make.
