Liners are pretty useless right now... I agree with that. But back in '.83 of course with all their uberpwnzall©-ness, they were spammed too much. I think that there should be cargo restrictions, to prevent people power trading stuff that they shouldn't, or possibly bonuses if you're carrying in roleplay goods.
