Rare? Haha! There are still more jumpholes than jumpgates! Remember? A jumphole is of natural origin unlikely the jumpgate, what is a Libertonian experiment (Ageira and DSE) using unknown alien technology. Jumpholes are keep appearing sometimes, so why don't we need some?

besides...it gives balance to unlawfuls. since in RP they shouldn't be able to dock hostile JG.

Yes, this is why the Liberty Navy became so overwhelming, after closing the Magellan Gate. The authorities are too strong nowadays... well, in the case they aren't in the bars tucking doghnuts into their faces.:P

(And we would like more systems to explore, i mean some unpopulated but exciting systems: wrecks, and mining fields.)

I think that's more so order players can get into liberty without going through the alaska->new york jump gate. We go from minor to alaska, then take a jump hole to ellesmere, then to oita, then into liberty or kusari space.

Out of curiosity, why are all the system names based on Canadian geography such as Alberta, Quebec, Ontario, Yukon, Ellesmere, in Liberty, when in a proper context they would be more suited for Bretonia, or at least independence.

Nope, it's the =LSF= guard system.

Order can always take the route through the guard system. In how many pieces do they end the trip is another completely different matter...

Also in the Sirius nav map, there is no nebula over the Gallic systems. There should be some modifications if there are some ice clouds or something like that.
