However, in your example, it would be acceptable iRP for Core/Order to not engage to prioritise engaging Nomads. Can a ship, which is hostile to the house, but using a neutral ID, enganged with proper role play reason? ==================== ADMIN/MOD ANSWER: Players cannot straight up attack other players if they are using ship technologies hostile to any of the Houses.
