back to your reply, BMF wants a BMF ID and BMF IFF and BMF bases, in another word, Canonized so what you see on the ID is forced on the BMF
Anyway, This thread is about ideas for the Bretonia future, so instead of grumping against BMF, just give ideas and enjoy your time.
maybe BMF should just stop trying to avoid the natural danger associated with playing on a BMM ID.

Also yes, I agree with the sentiment - maybe for the first time ever it's time to settle down, don't do anything grand and try to develop the house with it's natural factions, friendly or hostile alike - in and oorp and function like a normal house.
