Kind regards from CRI to Bretonia's police forces. As you might have heard, the Research Institute has recently approved a new series of research projects based on Gaian wildlife. With Planetform intending to introduce Gaian fauna and flora to their terraformed planets, and the recent increase in tourists visiting Gaia, the Institute finds further research of Gaian wildlife more important than ever.
It is for this reason that, on behalf of the Cambridge Research institute, I, Dr. Quentin Telveyan, would like to obtain the individual Gaian Research License. I have been a researcher at Planet Cambridge for last 16 years, and have conducted an extensive project on Gaian fauna's adaptability to atmosphere of the Leeds and New London systems ' with most attention given to the endangered jeweled windbird and twintail scarlet snake.
The Gaian Wildlife would be moved exclusively between Perth Station and Planet Cambridge, and special care would be given to the welfare of Gaian fauna. In terms of the ID requirement, needless to say, I am a holder of a Cambridge Researcher ID.

Omicron Supply Industries applied for and received a Humanitarian Aid License as evidenced here and here; however we haven't been added to the register as of yet. I'd like to ask that OSI be added to the aforementioned register to prevent any issues this clerical error could create.

I would like to aquire a Military Licence.
While - as a member of Omnicron Supply Industries - I do not ship any weaponry. I would like to transport plutonium shipments needed by Freeport-5 from Liberty through bretonian space to Omega-41 (FP-5).
There is a posibility that in future we would want to extend this licence to a company licence. But that would be decision of OSI Board of Directors.

OSI is now aproved to for the Humanitarian Aid License within the regulations - you are allowed to aid your Freeports stations with needed medical supplies. As for the Military License and plutonium shipments:
First of all You need to pay the license fee to be aproved. Secondly, Omegas are sectors in which your transports can be easily atacked and cargo captured by the Corsairs and such criminals. if we are going to accept your application for the Military Material License you need to provide at least one escort ship for every OSI transport heading into Omegas. We cannot allow the Corsairs or any other criminals to capture such supplies. All OSI ships with plutonium or any other commodity that is included within the license, without escorts, heading into Omegas will be stoped and turned back.
Dr. Quentin Telveyan we need more details about your ship, your ID scans, your reputation within the Bretonian comapnies, Bretonia Armed Forces and Bretonia Police Authority. After you deliver the needed documents and intel we will discuss your license. You will also need to pay the license fee after we will aprove you application.

So please don't bother writing all that paperwork.

Now when you read it you understand that no license is required cause you are not allowed to carry it at all. If any of BPA or BAF officers will catch you carrying it within Bretonia and you will not comply with their orders you will face the consequences - your name will be on the Most Wanted list and your ship will be hunted till you pay a fine for breaking the law. Is that clear?
