Well Virus said it well, if he got the permission, it's not his fault that they remove it after, so there is no reason to don't use the ship.

If Joker betrayed the outcasts, then the outcasts should think things a little longer before allowing anyone using their ships, but once they gave him the ship and guns, why won't he use it? Are they just going to blow it up? How? (please tell me, there is a QCP KNF destroyer that we have been wanting to get blown).

Dab and me are not best friends, not even good friends, not even friends, I killed him last night, not in the game. But, the outcasts are in all their rights to remove their SUPPORT for this guy flying their ships and using their guns. Would this change anything? No, it's just a way to say "hey you .... us, you are alone".

Remember when we talk about the outcasts tech you had, joker? The 101 didn't give it to you, it was SOB, we cleared that out, so it doesn't matter if Jameson agreed or not, it's SOB's decission. And Dab has been leading (or co-leading or whatever) SOB longer than 2 days.

I've read his PM (Which you should have never showed us, it's a lack of respect to privacy, therefore I'm worst for reading it), there is no comment about how much he hates you, or anything like that.

And, are you complaining? You just admitted that the Joker-Zoners thing was brought to play because of your personal problems with Dab from Apoc. Eye for eye, and we all get blinds.

You still have the ship, outcasts still hate you since you tried to bomb Malta, Zoners still hate you. What in the world is wrong? Don't attack the faction that provide you with technology if you don't want to lose their support, sounds pretty simple and right. Or would you complain because Zoners don't let you dock on freeports?

EDIT: And who cares if it was after Boss left? New leadership means new changes, that's why you send some gifts to the second in command from time to time (That's a warning to all of you with some agreements with KNF;);):P)

I decided that, uh, Discovery is in a very disastrous situation right now.

Uh, when I moved to Discovery in 1968, Discovery was a fantastic place. It was the greatest state of the greatest nation in the world. It was absolutely spectacular. Everyone could come here and have opportunities and come here and really, ya know, work and enjoy life here.

Now it is totally the opposite. The atmosphere is disastrous. There is absolutely no connection -- there is a total disconnect between the people of Discovery and a total disconnect also between the politicians of Discovery. And, what that means, basically, is that the people are doing their job. The people are working hard. The people are paying the taxes. The people are raising the families. But, the politicians are not doing their job. The politicians are fiddling, fumbling, and failing.

And the faction that is failing the people more than anyone is the Outcasts. They are failing them terribly, and this is why this decision needs to be recalled.

But, for me it was very clear -- 1.6 million people in Discovery signed the, the, the petition that said we want to remove the recall of Joker's Tridente, and they basically said -- those 1.6 million people said -- 'We are mad as hell, and we are not gonna take it anymore.'

That is a message that is from News and Announcements all the way to Flood, to all the politicians: Pirates and Lawfuls alike, to say to them, 'Do your job for the people, and do it well, or otherwise you're out -- hasta la vista, baby!'

This part is wrong. 101st attacked me first in Newcastle, I think you've been there. They asked that I leave BAF alone (who attacked us first in Cortez) and that would make me brake a deal with MR. Why should the Joker break a deal with Mollies who never broke their promises and gave him a docking station and ships? Anyway, Malta Bombings attempt came after because of that attack of 101st. It was originally meant for Sairs but I adjusted it.

So I never started anything with 101st. They attacked me, I reacted in RP. Why did they attack us despite the fact we were supporting them?

Btw... ZTC, TAZ and OSI made a deal with the Joker. We can dock at their bases. It was on comm channel.

I don't follow what doesn't concern me, if the zoners allow you to dock, it's up to them.

And for outcasts, it's more in their favor then, they attack you! Do you expect their support? Find it between the torps they are launching.

Know why that meeting took place in the FIRST PLACE? To discuss return of the ships I've gotten after my first approval. So, ever since my first approval which have should been enough damnit, these recall BSes were at my back. Those were suppose to be a reasons of that meeting in Newcastle. When I got there, they started talking about us leaving Bretonia.

I'm personally calling it a night. I think everything that can be said to defend the clown has been said. As several have stated already, the ultimate decision lies with the admins. I trust the wrongness of the Outcasts' decision to try and repossess Joker's ship will be as obvious to them as to the other 40 people who voted (though srsly the poll is rigged olol).

I still don't see the problem here. You cleary have problems with outcasts, who started, how started, when started, does it matter? Your char is not loved by outcasts, oh... tear. Like you cared about it? I don't see a problem, if you had any doubt about if you had to give your ship back, you should have PM'd the people in charge of that, that means, Admins. You didn't, ok, let's get over it, you got people's answer: Keep the ship.

So, what's the problem now?

EDIT: Kimble, the poll is not about if it's wrong or right, it's a poll of Who do you like more? Dab or The Joker? We all know Dab's abbility to make friends.

Joker, this is beneath you. if you had posted this WITHOUT NAMES, then we could have had a discussion about this, and come to a conclusion, and then you could have asked for a review of dab's decision. as it is, you have missed that boat, and no-one to blame but yourself.

Dab, this is beneath you. approved 3 times? and rescinded without any sanctions? i suggest that you re-read Plato's The Cave, and look at your decision with older, wiser eyes.

A few quick notes.

1. Boss never led an outcast faction.
2. Personally I assumed you'd stopped using the tridente after the 101st said "give it back" in RP, you didn't and then they blew you up a few times...
3. This is something being discussed by the admin team at the moment so I will be locking this thread in a minunte since its only allowing people to be all dramatic and stupid.

My opinions on the matter are as follows.

Once technology is granted, then it stays granted. If your technology is granted as being 'stolen' then it's courteous of the person to whom technology was granted to give it a limited lifespan, if it's something large.

A little human decency in both directions goes a long way. Two groups of people being a tool to one another just leads to this kind of thing. I don't see any one side of this as any better than the other.
