Work History: Well, uh.. I've been a rogue for a damn long time, since I was 17 years old.
Summary of Biography: I've been born on Planet Erie to some parents that never really cared about anything, and due to my friends, I have been influenced to start dealing with unlawful stuff, until I ended up being a rogue. I was taught the corporates are bad in a way, and this lie sticked with me until now.
Why do you want to join USI/3M?: I want to join the USI for two reasons. First one is, I am tired of being an unlawful, dirty baddie that people hate because he keeps doing his bad stuff, and since the USI isn't what I thought it is all the time... Our executive administration were puzzled by your application. We wondered why an ex pirate wished to join the very thing he was fighting against. We had a meeting regarding your future amongst our family and have come to a conclusion. We would like to have you amongst our number in order to help you move away from your past life. However we can not ignore the distress that you caused towards some of our members so we have decided to put in place some rules that you must follow during your time in Universal shipping. I am extremely grateful that the USI has given me a chance to reform. I agree with those three conditions, and well, since I am here, I'd like to meet one of them right now. *coughs*
Now then..
Dear members and executives of Universal Shipping, Inc.
I am Travis Cowell, a former Liberty Rogue that was a bit stubborn and used to pirate vessels in most of Liberty's systems. You might already know me well. I have lost count of how many transports I have robbed, for there's been quite a lot of them, but I'm sure I robbed a number of Universal vessels, and now, I feel quite sorry for doing so. I haven't exactly calculated how much damage I've made, but I presume it's quite a lot, and I'm planning to pay for the damages caused very soon..
*stops briefly to sigh, then he continues in his speech* I have flown with two of those pilots from the DoS, and I've seen how troublesome pirates can get. Looking back, I've caused the same amount of trouble, and... *coughs* ..with all honesty, my heart doesn't feel well when I think about that in retrospect. It also haunts me when I think that those who are now trying to rob me, were the ones I used to rob others with. You know, former Rogue and Hacker friends.. Seeing them, now, as the ones who are bad is.. probably going to take some time getting used to for me and I'm going to have to forget all those friendships... But then again, they're bad like I used to be, and as a lawful, my perception of them is changing very quickly, so I needn't worry about time.
Well, and that's why I want to apologize myself. Not because I've been told to, but because I feel like doing so. To all of you. I am sorry for all the damage I have caused, I am looking forward to meeting you all, not as a rogue, but as a member of the USI, and I'm also looking forward to fix everything I've ruined for you.

Work History: I had a small freighter for several years (Sunbeam-class). Then I did runs from Bretonia to Liberty and back again. For the past decade, though, I've been the captain of the Transport "Paragon." While I do haul whatever needs to be hauled, I've made a career in trading weapons and people (criminals and passengers).
Summary of Biography: I grew up on Manhattan and did some civilian work with the Liberty Police for a while before going to college in Bretonia. At New London College I had a professor that was a retired transport captain. He used to take transport convoys out beyond where the decent folk live. He did a lot of humanitarian aid and that kind of thing. Anyway, he told me about an opportunity to by a Sunbeam freighter and I jumped at the chance. I finished my last classes while getting her space-worthy again. Several years later I traded her in for a Transport and have been doing pretty well for myself since then.
Why do you want to join USI/3M?: I've met my share of USI captains out there and have always enjoyed their company. Nice, trustworthy folk. I would like to be a part of that.
