The Refit

To attention of Commanding Officer of the O.C.V. Olympus.

It has been a while since pushing your vessel into service with The Order. I was wary of you, and so are many of the Order officers for obvious reasons but you had worked hard towards proving that your past path is irreversibly closed to you. You had killed The Order's enemies, including Core ships for many months and thus earned my respect as a Captain. You are naturally free to take advantage of any still functional souvenirs as your personnal assets providing you can take care of its upkeep personally and are capable of running it combat-ready.

You are given opportunity for your ship to be reborn, christened under a name that Order fleet can list in its databases with pride and honor. Your current armanent is increasingly difficult to maintain, we simply never operated Rheinland technology at such scale. Therefore we are additionaly scheduling Olympus for a refit to replace its equipment with more commonly available equivalents in service within Order flottilas. The specifics of the refit are being planned right now at Carthage and will be shared with both you and your superior fleet officer shortly.

The Black Lance is not being disbanded however. The Amenta will continue its service as a strategic deployment guarding our northern flank even if the Outcast threat is no more. However with advent of the peace accords, it will no longer need so many escort vessels. Atum and Apophis will receive reinforcments in line with the needs of their respective fronts.

Grand Admiral Golanski and the reporting center,

Firstly, let me just address the refit regarding the O.C.V Olympius, then I will get onto what has happened over the past week within Omicron Delta.

Myself and the crew have been in service with the Order for several months now. We have pushed through hard times and trust issues with your men and women to be able to trust us and to have us fight along the side of the men and women of Planet Toledo and now Akabat. Not only that but those who are not from the Order origin, but in other sector's of sirius. We must thank each and everyone of them who have fought along side us and allowed us to fight and lead you into battle against the Outcast, Nomads and the Core.

I myself, must personally thank you Grand Admiral Golanski for allowing me to prove that we, the crew of the O.C.V Olympius wishes to change side and join the goal and objective's of the Order, by following the orders of the Overwatch as well as yourself, not only that but you have put us inside a Black Fleet that has a honourable man from Liberty, Colonel Mark Webb. Having this Colonel onboard of the O.C.V Olympius with myself and the crew, we have better understanding and trust with Order men and women now.

The two functional and personal assests onboard the ship are one Marlin Fighter-class as well as a Steelhead Bomber-class vessel, I wish to have them go into refit the same time as the Olympius to be re-equipped with Order technology.

The O.C.V Olympius has had a name agreed upon by the crew, myself and the Overwatch and it has been decided to be O.C.V SOLBEKT. We wish this is a honourable and proud name to go for, for such a ship. Not only is it a foreign capital ship for the Order, but it is a sworn enemy capital vessel. There is so much to be learned from this ship from the years of service within the Core.

We understand that the current technology is very difficult to maintain purely because the origin of the technology. As it is Rheinland technology and equipment currently being used, the only way for it to be maintained is to have assests and allies within Rheinland who are capable of reconstruction or maintaining such equipment. So we would gladly allow this equipment to go into research labs and storage for future prototype weaponry that could be created. Not putting it to waste, there is always a use for this technology.

The understanding of Black Lance fleet and the Amenta not disbanding or moveing, the current strategic position of the Amenta will keep alienated threat as well as threats from the Sigma's out, as well as the odd Outcast's who disagrees with the current peace treaty.

But with the Atum and Apophis requiring reinforcements, it would be an honor to move to one of those locations to provide assist there with the aid of Colonel Mark Webb. If I am not mistaken, Colonel Webb was a former Commander of the 5th Liberty Navy, so he should have a few trusted Liberty Navy Officers within Liberty.

Now let me just make a fast report regarding the incursions within Omicron Delta against the Zoners who are housing Core within the No Fire Zone of Freeport 11, but not only that but becoming very close friends to the Core and forgetting the aid and assistance that was provided by the Order and many other organisations Sirius-wide when the Core were openly firing upon and killing many innocent Zoners, Freelancers and more on Freeport 11, several times let's not forget.

The understanding of this new 'port' that was to prove peace between Core and Zoners was correct, and order's where recieved to search and destroy any Core vessels within the vicinity of the port and have the port destroyed. With this, there were countless attacks, assaults and annoyance from Ingeenus Research Group, and the Zoners Administration from Freeport 11. They wanted to start homing Core vessels while jumping Order vessels into danger.

Luckily for us, the Black Lance Fleet's have technology that is very difficult to come by, not only that but the leadership, coordinate and communicate along with strategy and tactic's that where made on the 8th of Novemeber 824 A.S made it victorious for Order. Let's not forget the aid from The Brotherhood from Omicron Gamma. With the reunited Corsair and Order Battle fleets within Omicron Delta, it was a clear victory within a matter of hours.

The incursion lasted roughly four hours with a very large victory and minimal ship losses. There is even video footage of 'Port Carthage' being destroyed after warnings given. There are also several guncam images that where saved to provide intel on the dangers and the battle.

Good day, Admiral, High Command,

Whilst I believe what work we had in Mu earlier today doesn't need reporting, I do wish to report in a conversation which I had with a Blood Dragon Captain in Chugoku, next to Kyoto.

At first I had a talk with a newer member of the Blood Dragons, Miss Aisaka Hoshii, which was mostly kept to a normal conversation. However when the Captain showed up and Miss Hoshii had left to Kyoto after a talk about the Dragon ranking structure, the two of us started sharing information. We discussed the situation in Nagano and Dragon's push onto Planet Tomioka, as well as the recent events in Delta. At one point I had mentioned helping the Dragon's in Nagano, but said apart from Kemwer supplies we couldn't do much. However the Captain mentioned orbital bombardment, and whether we could send a battlegroup consisted of some of our battleships to bombard the Samura defenses on Tomioka and aid their fight over the planet. Whilst I am not sure we could spare a battlegroup, even for a quick attack on the planet's surface, I did say I would report this in. Captain said he will do the same and report it in, hopefully spreading the idea amongst their command.

That is all.

Greetings High Command

Today while flying a brief patrol through Delta with the Inquisitor I ran across a human ship, callsign Diana Aaliyah with a Nomad Nammu mindnode. They appeared to be communicating and when I approached Diana shouted to the Nomad to run, what it did. I suspected infection right away and after a few words it seemed to be so, as she called Nomads her 'friends'. Moment later a Nomad Irra appeared and we engaged it. Diana shouted to us to stop and after a bit disrupted our cruise drive as well as attacked us. Irra sustained massive damage but managed to slip out due to no disruptor support on our side. She is obviously going to continue making us problems so I suggest putting her out as soon as possible.

Another thing to mention is two Core Mako's finding us at the Freeport, then proceeding to enforce the Zoner laws by asking us to leave. Soon after they opened fire upon us first and we were forced to defend. Both of them sustained heavy damage but at the end we were forced to a emergency jump to Mu. Inquisitor is currently under repair, it seems nothing important was lost this time.

That is all.

Good evening.

I apologize for the complete lack of communication for my side. I had to enforce Protocol D-3 within Liberty's borders and proceeded to stay undercover for several weeks. I will soon make my way to Taba to get that old Nephthys fixed up, I am actually surprised I made it to the Freeport in one piece. Anyway, before heading out home, I decided to stand around the Freeport for a while and had to face several oddities.

Let's focus on the most interesting part. Several Slomon K'Hara entities showed up around the Freeport. They named themselves as following:
"Kessereya", "Phobia", "I'ku" and "Phi'raz". The entity "Kessereya" as well as the "Phobia" and later on the "I'ku" showed no hostility towards me, a Core Pilot flying their private vessel off-duty, named Nicole Prower who I have additional data about in case of need, as well as the later appearing Canaan vessel. Not to mention the slightly odd civilian that was around as well.

Now, Kessereya claimed to be disconnected from the mindnode, surely this claim is very hard to believe or trust but I decided to spare them to see if anything they say may be worth further investigating. All in all it was a rather interesting return to the Omicrons, I surely did not expect to face their kin using adapted speech, behaviour patterns and emotions that get closer to humans than I could have ever imagined by them. Not to mention how great of an oppurtunity this was to take a closer look at their new evolved shells, truly interesting and supposedly way too deadly already. I almost forgot to mention the most interesting part, as you will see later in what I was able to record and write down myself, the shells "Phi'raz" and "I'ku" started to fight each other. The "Phobia" sided with the "Phi'raz" and forced the "I'ku" into surrendering and disappearing. This behaviour is anything but logical and should be further investigated.

But before I start talking to much, just have a look at things yourself.

That is all from my side. I am happy to be back home soon.

Order Primary Fleet Sortie Report

Reporting Officer: Captain Yeggito Kebok
Date of Sortie: 23-January-825 AS
Location Origin: Poole, Bretonia Space
Encryption Level: LOCKED

This is Captain Yeggito Kebok, of the Order Capital Vessel Sebennytos, reporting. While it has been some time since the last formal report, the clandestine activities in the lower reaches of Sirius have not ceased; however, consider this report validation / verification of news, reports, and analysis of recent events.

News may not have reached into the Omicrons, but there has been significant activity in the Cayman system; most notably, an offensive assault by the Coalition. Deep, low-frequency scans indicated higher-than-normal activity from Coalition-type engine signatures entering, and leaving, Omega-49, but by the scale of the damage, the main fleet may have used alternate routes to access the system.

Secondary to the main Coalition assault, evidence indicates the Corsairs have made a westward push, claiming a portion of the system. Additionally, Zoners have been detected traversing between Grand Canaria and the Cayman system.

Below is an update on the fixed structures, formerly under the control of the Reapers of Sirius.

Structures of Interest, Update

Shadowhaven Station is currently occupied by the Coalition. Our intelligence, based on reports of radio comuunication at the time of the invasion indicate that Shadowhaven was the main site of the clash between the Reapers and the Coalition. The true number of capable Reaper pilots and ships was always up for speculation, but I do not doubt that each fought with the strength of ten men; this was truly their last stand.

According to long-range scans, the Reaper Shipyard, Antikythera, has been claimed by the Cosairs. With such an acquisition, an expansion of Cosair influence into the lower Omegas and lower Bretonia may be imminent, and affect larger, strategic movement and focus of our once-allies based in Crete.

Manatum Repair Station was passed over by the invading Coalition attack fleet; while damaged, and not yet fully re-pressurized, the station is populated, with several Zoner freighters hauling in what appears to be humanitarian relief goods.

Lastly, I am saddened to report that the Kara Stellar Labratory, protected by the ageing minefield, has been destroyed, with no discernible trace of valuable remains. According to our long-range sensors, an extremely large explosion was detected long after the initial conflict had died down. Analysts onboard believe the minefiled was set of deliberately by either the Corsairs or the Coalition, but the chain reaction took down the station itself. Below is all that is left of the unique structure.

Please utilize this information to update Order-issued NavMaps as you see fit.

The Sebennytos is currently being resupplied at REDACTED, perched above most of the system's major objects (celestial and manmade), and buried deep in a sensor-limiting nebula. As the Order is...less than welcome in Bretonian space, care will be taken to prevent detection.

Greetings High Command

Today I have taken one of our Resheph -class cruiser out to Omicron Delta, taking position outside the Freeport 11's NFZ to not agitate the Zoners. I did find a few people in the vicinity of the Freeport, mainly a Blood Dragon pilot called Mei Ayasato and to my surprise a OSC casino liner, which was offering entertainment in form of gambling. While I myself took no part in this most people that came over the day did play with the Liner, pilots of the Forlorn organization, Zoners and others that showed up.

After some time a Auxesian gunboat showed up, a Hellfire Legion's ship. It was operated by a AI which seemed to be mainly concerned with keeping the NFZ and the Freeport safe. It did not engage us to a little bit of a surprise to me, however things did escalate. At one point, Enma Loyola had come around and while she went on to make insults towards us and such, a Zoner shuttle had come into the are, which Enma destroyed after accusing the pilot of being a Order operative, something the pilot did confirm, however also pointed out that was in the past. The Auxesian gunboat swiftly engaged Enma after the shuttle was destroyed and drove her out of the NFZ. After some more talking about how the AI hated both the Order and the Core, and would destroy Enma if it could more ships came along. Mainly a ship with unknown identification which had later turned out to be a infectee.

Prior to that the Administrator of the Freeport had shown up and was busy with dealing around the fact Enma engaged a civilian inside the NFZ, a Providence agent had entered the area and not too long after Grand Admiral had shown his presence as well.

Some talks followed along side with us uncloaking the Apahanta way above the plane as it was sneaking around. In the end the infected pilot was engaged by two Providence pilots with the Grand Admiral joining, while Enma had left the area. Not too long after another ship with unknown identifications showed up and engaged our forces. During the battle a Vagrant also joined as well as a another Nomad fighter. While the Sopdu left the area so I could get my own fighter and aid the battle the two Providence pilots were taken down and the Grand Admiral escaped.

That is all for today.

The Osiris and Deceres were badly damaged by an assaulting Core force near Freeport 11. I cannot confirm how many casualties there were on the Deceres, but we lost 15 men to a reactor explosion on deck 3 on the Osiris. We managed to limp to Dabadoru, substaining heavy damage, and are now undergoing repairs. We did manage to take down a fighter. Attached below are the camera shots and the logs.

The Order Report

Report type: Patrol report
Responsible operator: Lena Riemann
[Image: KAQ2z4i.png?1]

Rank: Lieutenant
Security level: Low
Report topic: Foreign capital ship security breach

Description of events:

Lieutenant Riemann reporting from Freeport 11 in Omicron Delta, where a Council battleship of the Redeption-class, the same which was seen breaching through Omicron Mu not long ago, was seen as it docked with the Freeport in order to evade my questions. The captain of the ship admitted their breach into our home system, the given reason was:

[21.02.2018 10:37:59] CLN-D'Entrecasteaux: ?: It was the shortest way.

According to the captain, the ship was sent on a reconnaissance mission ordered by the Council's high command.

[21.02.2018 10:36:36] CLN-D'Entrecasteaux: ?: Consider this simple reconnaisance mission.

[21.02.2018 10:50:24] Order|Lena.Riemann: I am almost sure your leader never wanted you to come here.
[21.02.2018 10:50:39] CLN-D'Entrecasteaux: ?: You are wrong, then.

The logs above let us assume that the presence of this very childish captain and their battleship was approved by the Council's high command, although this is hard to believe, I suggest the ship is being deemed an enemy of the order officially from now on due to a law violation, namely Section II, "Trespassing", paragraph 2.2, as well as Section III, "Espionage", paragraph 3,5, I quote:

The Order Overwatch Wrote:2.2 Trespassing
Access to The Order’s home systems is restricted until permitted by The Order Overwatch for reasons of security and safety of the inhabitants. Violators, depending on extent of their incursion may face escort to nearest exit to arrest and destruction of the vessel.

Authorized individuals and organizations are listed separately in The Order’s Protectorate visa program.

3.5 Espionage
Attempts to gather intelligence for third party, for example classified information for personal gain or sharing intelligence to our enemies for their benefit is categorically illicit action and will result in summary execution.

The actual decision falls into the hands of the Overwatch, however, I suggest we act harshly upon people like these who think they can treat our protected home systems as a trespassing point in very dangerous ships and use our automated docking systems against us to abuse our bases as resting points.

Greetings High Command,

Today I flew out to Kusari after hearing about a new jump hole being found, beyond it a brand new system which is still to be charted. Among other information I also heard about two groups, one being The Pioneers which have a Freeport of their own withing the system and the second being The Defilers who are some sort of a pirate group with wast amount of resources and special kinds of technology.

After searching the Sainu cloud within Shikoku, the place I was lead to believe was hiding the jump hole, I did manage to stumble upon it. The location was noted.

Once I jumped through I was located inside a cloud and after noting the location of the jump hole for return I moved swiftly out of it, to be presented with multiple things within the system.

What caught my eye right away was a green gas giant and next to it a rather large asteroid, which upon closer inspection turned out to be a base.

Unable to dock with it I continued further on and saw a planet in distance from everything else and the center of the system. As I went closer it turned out the planet has no real meaning and so continued on with exploration.

After some flying I noticed a part of the system which was more dense in asteroids and decided to investigate, where I found what seemed to be a Freeport, and not too far from it Kusarian battlegroup with Battleship Shokaku on the head of it. It seems the Kusarian Naval Focres have already took great interest in the system and aren't going to back down, most likely claim it as well.

Not wanting to get intercepted I quickly left for what seemed to be the last important thing within the system, a lonely planet rather close to the sun's corona, and after a closer look it's clear the planet has high temperatures with volcanic activity, lava being visible from space.

With the system looked over I took my leave, heading for the Shikoku jump hole and leaving with no trouble. I will try to keep a closer eye on what happens within and around the system, and if needed deploy the Deceres in the vicinity in case of a need. For now it seems only snub craft size vessels are able to pass through the jump hole, but seeing how a Kusarian battlegroup got through it is clear the jump hole does have times it can take more through.
