It appears my inquiry to the Overwatch about the lack of L.S.F and Kempeitai targets on their bounty board came with a bit more than an explanation. Both parties are currently being listed by the Order as a lesser priority. The response from Admiral Golanski hinted at a mutual enemy in Gallia, while addressing that the L.S.F are targets to be handled by Order specialists alone.
His take on the lack of Kempeitai targets is a bit more interesting though. While his words on the matter are clearly listed in the comms link below, it isinteresting that the war effort there has even begun to shift the scope of operations against Kusari by the Order. The G.C. undoubtedly have some part to play in this, and if not currently they soon will. If Rheinland is moving into the Sigmas with as much manpower as the Buro has stressed publicly, it might go to show more or less why everyone's concerned.

Spyglass Network scanner detected Naval elements orbiting Manhattan, so we decided to go show them why the Lane Hackers are at the top. Upon reaching the capital planet I was looking for the most strategic way to start this fight. This was a very hard fight due to multiple modular stations with established weapon Cerberus, Zapper, Pulse platforms. I have made a detailed outline in my report. The [LN]-LNS-South.Dakota was our first target priority due to its major threat and size, it is most susceptible to ASURAS, Novas weapons fire. The pressure was mounting high and it was forced to Retreat, we gave chase however it was successful . After ordering our forces back to Manhattan we started our assault on the 5th|LNS-Canada and our fire was extremely effective even taking down 5th|Charlie.Davidson in the process. Mr.Ling craft was damaged in this process but our overall success rate given the extreme battle conditions proved us to be superior.
Future attacks on The Capital with this new defence grid will be next to impossible for even our most skilled Veteran Lane Hackers, although we where victorious today we might not get so lucky in the future.

Relentlessness
Been doing a bit of work to clean out a heavily defended Bounty Hunter outpost in Magellan that was hiding itself within the Barrier. Soon as our network picked it up, I went out to take it down. It was surprisingly well armed, but stood no match to us. I was able to gather up a number of the surviving pilots to have them transferred them to Mactan.

Report:
Professor Yoshida's meeting with the Direktor was fruitful. I am pleased to report that he and the Direktor were not harmed, but that didn't stop another troubling incident from unfolding when we least expected. After the Direktor and Professor were forced to relocate as a result of an Auxesian vessel "passing by" as he so claimed. We lost contact and eyes on it shortly after Professor Yoshida began to relocate to a new meeting spot with the Direktor.
I maintained eyes on the system exits while Operative Bunt kept an eye on the meeting area. Moments after we assumed positions, several Commune fighters, accompanied by a Nomad vessel, and a nomad infected Liberty Gunboat entered the system. Thinking I was easy prey, they began to attack me, I responded by killing two of them before the rest arrived and the gunboat. Bunt moved to my aid and we destroyed two more before the vessels overwhelmed Bunt. After her ship was disabled, more reinforcements arrived on site and the enemy forces fled via Jumpdrive.
It would be advised that future meeting locations be set elsewhere. As for the Commune vessels themselves, they are easy prey.

After destroying the two Capital vessels mentioned by Bunt in her report on our raid we happened to come across a Republican Shipping transport near West Point. The vessel seemed to be waiting for something, or perhaps he was in so much shock he couldn't find it in himself to try and flee. Either way, we ignored him at first, chasing after another Liberty Cruiser near the California Jump gate - which we eliminated - before proceeding back to West Point. Taking advantage of the situation, I conducted my own interrogation on the vessel, and left him a bit of humiliation afterwards. It may not have been word for word, but the general message went through.

While supporting operations with our comrades around Rochester Base in the New York system, it seemed like we found ourselves in a situation where we regretfully had to disengage. Utilizing my skills as a Lane Hacker, I managed to find myself neat Norfolk Shipyard where I had an encounter with one 5th|Charlie.Davidson.

He managed to stop me with a Cruise Disruptor when I attempted to break for the Bad Lands. Sadly after unloading some of my own weapon inventory from the previous engagement I wasn't too Frank on starting yet another.
But push came to shove, And I took a hit on my Cardamine.. Then all of a sudden my Muscle Memory snapped back in, and with weapons already armed. My Vindicator Bomber lit up with action.
The 5th Fleet fool and his VHF began the dog fight with me.
