Initially I suspected it might be a new installation built by the Overwatch during my time in the Omegas, or perhaps from our Orillian counterparts, but upon attempting to dock for inspection it quickly became apparent docking procedures were denied. I have attached a guncam of the installation here and will forward the location directly to the databases. Captain Xander signing out. The installation was built well and took significant extended firepower to take out. Fortunately, the Orillians and the Secondary Fleet showed up to assist in taking it down. The Overwatch will be pleased to hear that the installation is destroyed. I have attached several guncam shots of the operation for your review. I must confess this leave from the Omegas was interesting, though I shall return immediately for the continuation of our interests in the area. Captain Xander signing out. As faster as I can I went to my ship and flied there. When I came there Rheinlander was fighting with Red Hessian bomber. I assissted Hessian vessel in order to neutralize Rheinland ship. Somehow when he was almost done he cloaked and get away back in Omega 7. That's it for now. Lieutenant Rockhound, signing out. RE: (FO) The Order Central Communications (inRP) - Lambda 4 - 07-18-2019

They intercepted a BAF Battlecrusier, called "HMS" with Freelancer IFF. He presented himself as part of Bretonia Armed Forces. I was just staying and looking what is going on until Battlecruiser opened fire on us including me. Corsairs returned fire on him, so did I. He started to run away but I fired some CDs. We managed to destroy a Battlecruiser with NOVA torpedos. Corsairs gaved me a thanks and they left the system and I returned back on Freeport 1. That's it for now. Lieutenant Rockhound, signing out. We rendezvoused near Lisabon Station in Omicron Epsilon to jump to Dublin, and then from Dublin to Leeds. When we jumped, we spawned in Alberta system, somehow the coordinates corrupted and jump has failed. Then we tried to jump for a second time and we hit the location we were pointing. We had to refuel Jump Drive Batteries so we went in Aquitaine to Gaians base Islay Base. After that we head to Leeds and and we flied above the Sun and came 40K above the Planet. Our transport LV-Jupiter right in moment came from Tau-31 and headed towards Leeds. He had a little convesation with Galic Royal Navy to let him go. He was scanned by GRN ships and he passed. Meanwhile our Battleship CV-Horus cloaked and headed next to Leeds to be there in case of GRN attacking our transport. There was no problems. Jupiter was loaded, and I came to escort transport back to Omicron Mu. I have to commend a great work of Captain Xander and Captain of CV-Jupiter. Im glad we expended population on Akabat. Encrypted Wedjat Shadow Network Transmission ● RECIPIENTS: ● SENDER: ● LOCATION: ● PRIORITY: ● SUBJECT: Order Overwatch Rockhound Battleship Thebes █ █ █ █ █ Operation Armageddon Hail Overwatch, You are already have been familiar with Operation Armageddon but it is my duty to report you about that. The meeting point was in Omega 3, next to Omega 2 jump hole. There were two Order transports and Orders and IMGs wings attacking the Aland Shipyard. I was the only one who was flying a bomber. Operation counted four waves of attack. On first wave we attacked only with fighters. Main thing was to kill their bomber to secure our transport safe way to Shipyard, because bomber was the biggest treat to our transports who carried explosives. Operation was successful but we had some losses. My report is a little bit late because I was resting yesterday, I gained some injuries but nothing too dangerous. Long live The Order ! RE: (FO) The Order Central Communications (inRP) - Moreton - 09-14-2019 ⧫ Planet Marne ⧫ Champagne ⧫ FROM: The Order Primary Fleet, Commander Moreton ⧫ TO: The Order ⧫ ENCRYPTION: Order-EC[L] Patrol Report Arrived yesterday at Marne as ordered. Whilst awaiting further orders I took some initiative. Got to know some local people, managed to get a list of possible items of interest in local space that might be of interest. If anything they'll at least be a few more marks in our navigational database so I took it upon myself to confirm the location and existence of each object. Firstly, confirmed at F5 is planet Langren, a volcanic world of otherwise little interest. A council battleship protects a disused jumpgate in G4. Further up I found the planet Sedan and its moon Rethel at H3. Rethel is just a large rock in space, but Sedan shows traces of mineable materials. Could be further further investigation by the local government? I discovered an outpost called Joinville: Francisci class at E2, deep within the Seine Asteroid Field. I was allowed permission to dock, there couldn't have been more than 200, maybe 250 people on board at a push? They appeared too mainly be smugglers and raiders, they were very interested in what I had to trade, and gave me little notice once they found out that I had nothing. I didn't stay long but they appear to loyal to some kind of crime family? Could be worth further investigation. I'd like to tag them as a possible asset worth investigating in Gallia. They could have knowledge of jumpholes, local patrols and even smuggling routes which could prove useful. Even deeper into the field I encountered an unstable jumphole at D2. I didn't attempt a cross of the threshold, last thing I want is for myself and my ship to be scattered over several light years. Found a local raider base in D3 called the Mazagran Deport. These raiders are loyal to an organisation called the Marquis, apparently they were a big help against the Gallian Monarchy. Flagging as possible asset. At B3 found a hostile station, scans indicated it as Epernay Station. Definitely looks like it's seen better days, two of the stations arms have collapsed! Wasn't able to learn much from scans apart from some basic information, locals on Marne were able to confirm that it belonged to a group of Gallic Brigands. Flagging as possible hostile to Order operations. At C5 found a planet called Sezanne. It's huge dessert world, bigger than some gas giants that I've seen! Initial scans show little strategic importance however. Sezanne has two moons, one another useless lump of space rock, the other shows promising water deposits. Apparently the water deposits on Vouziers are often mined and transferred to Marne already. That's probably it for intel. I've been trying to learn more about the political fallout of the fall of Gallian Monarchy off the Neural Net in my downtime, but my Gallian is awful and I can't make heads or tails of it. At this point you probably know far more than I do. The Duke of Burgundy has seized control of a handful of systems and declared himself some kind of Archduke. There's also a handful of systems that have banded together and declared themselves an independent republic. I didn't have time to read the extra intel in my briefing, this is all probably in there already anyhow. Guncam footage attached to this message, Commander Moreton, signing off. Guncam footage RE: (FO) The Order Central Communications (inRP) - Cælumaresh - 10-04-2019 ⧫ Akabat ⧫ Omicron Mu ⧫ FROM: Admiral Linnea Holt, Order Overwatch ⧫ TO: The Order Cargo run to the Blood Dragons Ladies and gentlemen, Earlier today I stepped into the freighter Requiem and went on to supply the Blood Dragon campaign on Tomioka with weapons alongside the freighter Envoy 1. We were followed all the way from New York to Chugoku by a Naval Forces battlecruiser hellbent on interdicting us. Blood Dragon reinforcements showed up just in time and the threat was neutralized. In total, we managed to deliver about 2300 crates full of guns and munitions to Tomioka. Admiral Linnea Holt

As ordered I took a Dromedary class freighter into House space, and supplied our allies, the Blood Dragons with shipments of weapons. With permission, I'd like to let the Dragon's know that they'll have a few more supplies in their war against Samura. I also brought a shipment of Neodymium back to Taba with me. I also encountered a Freelancer several days ago who followed me from Kepler into Kusari space. Claims to have information that may be of interest. With permission from Overwatch, I'd like to contact him again. This could be a wild goose chase, but on the other hand any intel on infectees could be useful. Commander Moreton signing off. Encrypted Wedjat Shadow Network Transmission ● RECIPIENTS: ● SENDER: ● LOCATION: ● PRIORITY: ● SUBJECT: Order Overwatch Xander Parothia Battleship Thebes █ █ █ █ █ An increasing threat. Hail Overwatch, I am pleased to report the Armageddon is getting into position for the trip home, I took the opportunity to fly to Minor to prepare for the upcoming patrol with the Liberty Navy 5th Fleet. Shortly after I arrived in the system scanners picked up a large AI vessel, I'm guessing it's approximation would be roughly equal to a cruiser. It seemed curious at first, following me but keeping its distance. Once I arrived at my destination it closed in and started a conversation. It seemed...conflicted, interupting itself with different voices, different tones. At one point it opened up its docks, apparently some AI vessels have those, and I considered going in to see what was going on. As I moved into position though, one of the AI's voices warned me not to do it. I decided that, given the risk of the action in and of itself, combined with the provided warning, that it was best to abort and keep my distance. That's when it happened. It...As crazy as this sounds. It was infected. The damn machine, was infected, by a nomad. From its docking bay I could see the blue tissue myself, there is no mistaking it. The AI's voice pleaded for me to make it stop, while a commanding voice demanded it submit to its will. Speaking, out loud, like any other comm system. The AI managed to wrestle control and drop its shields, as well as disable its engines and most of its guns, giving me the opportunity to strike. Given the difference in shipclass it was still an uphill battle, my Nephtys isn't exactly kitted for taking out capital vessels. Further more, once the vessel was significantly damaged the squid managed to regain partial control and started firing most of its weapons, but the opening given was enough for me to finish the job and destroy the vessel, Nomad and all. Nomads infecting AI, a troubling development indeed. The AI identified itself as CIX in the brief moments it got destroyed. It fought the infestation throughout the entire process, I must confess its conviction, if machines are even truely able to experience such things, was worthy of respect. Major Xander signing out. |
