So I hit the spot, still 30 seconds to charge cloak which lasts 42 seconds for example can be CD spammed? Now honestly do you think its fair to people who paid that cloak a lot and sacrificed valuable piece of equipment for something useless? Put your finger on your head and think about it for a second. My question wasn't wrong, It wasn't "anybody" who came up with the idea, it was you. Coming up with a vague idea isn't too hard, all it requires is a faint hint of creativity. ("I want cloaks work like in Harry Potter. I don't know how it can be done, but it would be cool.") Come here with a well ironed-out concept you know is possible and with a well defined plan on how to implement it, how about that?
