Today we will talk about superstars who have taken to the changed landscape of Liberty and Naval technological innovation like a storm.

Cadet Sam Perble. You have embraced your duties like nobody else. Your innovation in using the improved technology we are working with has left even high-command officers with no choice but to learn from your innovations. Your engagement in combat has also been top-tier compared to the rest of the Armada at the same time. And let's not forget your positive attitude that motivates your fellow officers. In a move done only once in the history of the Armada, you have earned yourself a double promotion, to Crewman and to Ensign!

Congratulations, ENSIGN SAM PERBLE- you are the rising superstar of Liberty in 833, and the leader of First Armada efforts this year.

Cadet Tim Kahan. You are the partner in duty of the now Ensign Sam Perble, sharing a lot of the positive traits. Although not nearly as dominant as Perble, you have more than earned the rank of Crewman.

Ensign Jens Busing! you have been with us for a long time, slow and steady as they say - but now you have started taking on what we consider most important - a leadership role, even leading an expedition to far away places to save fellow officers. You have earned the rank of Lieutenant of the First Armada!

Last but not least - Crewman Billy "Straw Hat" Turner. You have been the leader in a vital activity, that shows that Liberty Law Enforcement is active and cares - patrolling. You are by far the most active patrolman in 833, for your leadership role you have earned a promotion to the rank of Ensign of the First Armada.

Lewis and Clark, John Glenn, Amelia Earhart, Neil Armstrong, the Liberty sleeper ship colonists. And now the following First Armada heroes. These are the spears of Humanity who boldly went into the unknown, and were ready to risk paying the ultimate price in the name of exploration and progress. Today's mission was a hazardous test of our Carrier deep space exploration technology. The entire fabric of space-time shook several times as we pushed the boundaries of the experimental jump drive and docking module technology in far away lands of the unknown.

We have had another fantastic month, being the most active Liberty Faction by a wide margin, and the second most active faction. It wasn't without its challenges, getting used to the new environment, but you have made Liberty proud by taking part in this community project we call the First Armada! You have started growing into a confident leader, being the fourth most active officer this month while taking the responsibility for teaching and training new officers proactively, providing guidance and advice in many aspects. You assume command and have a commanding presence. This is what we expect from a leader and you have grown into that position. Your positivity has never wavered either, you are truly unique and have earned yourself a promotion to Captain and are joining the First Armada's High Command.
