Oh my, I would kill for a Reaper Mk V Turret. And Hessians do have their own turret line, it just goes up to the Roter Blitz.

I wish Shield Busters weren't so commonplace, hell. Kinda pisses me off that everyone and their dog has Improved Debilitators or Tizona del Cids. The only reason I have one is because it's actually in RP for an Order pilot to use Corsair tech and vice versa.

And while I would stop using codenames in favour of all House/Faction weapons, I just got a pair of Excaliburs. And I don't plan on letting them go anytime soon.:P

Nah I would much more like to see Plasma guns more energy efficient (>5) than with some 1200 damage...

something like 1100 damage/210 energy...

but any upgrade on them will do.

I will be happy if they get "only" the 600m/s speed.. that way even I could actually hit something smaller than GB with them.

I don't care if Mhammers get more damage... I just want a decent speed and average energy efficiency ... even 2,0 isn't problem
I want Liberty guns boosted so I could stop borrowing guns from BH and BAF!!!

hmm,but you know what happend to all LF when are all guns stronger? now you need for example 4-5 hits from strong guns to destroy it,when are all guns stronger you need 3.

it goes both ways though - a VHF with a lucky ( or skillful ) aim can take down a LF easier, - but a LF can aswell take down a VHF easier ( and compared to the ship classes - a LF gains more than it looses )

i m just concerned about the balanced towards the warships - so far, its boasting all fighterweapons - but i don t see attempts to

- give capital ship weapons ( especially primary weapons ) more "personality" regarding to their origin
- boast them accordingly

and of course - convince igiss to give capital ship weapons a weapontype aswell ( i d really appreciate that one )

That is my point exactly... I don't need stronger guns... All I want is balanced guns .. I don't care if Magma hammer does 950 or 800 damage as long as speed isn't 500 ... as Mjolnir said with that you can't hit nothing smaller than Gun boat !!!

EDIT: Titan and me tested ALL Liberty guns and we were damn disappointed... I am not aim master, but Titan is one of the best on server (IMO) and I took him down with his Vengance setup easily... also I tried Mhammers and i couldn't hit a s*** and synchronization with other guns is impossible ...

well, from what i see, magma hammers are meant for hitting big things, hence the whole, cannon, effect of the plasma, they really are ment for blowing armor, not small craft, although, yes, they do tend to need a speed upgrade.

As it stands, the plasmas are crap, because you can't hit anything with them. With the current proposal, they're weaker than all the others in pretty much ever way. They need a damage boost of some sort. If we make them more efficient or what ever, then that's fine too, but you still need a bit of a damage boost, due to their low refire and speed.

Adamantine.. Check the Plasma's now.. And compare them to my proposal.
You can't have it all at once.. Like if I proposed Vengeances to have the same DPS as Krakens.
Not gonna happen.

Let's go slowly and see what happens.

Jinx, guns I proposed are not going to hurt capital ships less or more.
Why? Because people avoid using them at all.. They use codes instead, which DO more damage to capital ships in every way.
And they are all still much weaker then Krakens. So I can't see the 'balancing problem', really.

Yes I know I know, some factions have lousier ships but better guns and all..
But here's an example..
Sabre is for sure in top 3 VHF's (in my opinion, it's 2nd best).
Krakens are the best class 9's in game.
Scimittar is one of better LF's. Falcata is around average bomber.
They don't have a single crappy ship to justify the best guns.
Others do, but they still have sucky guns.
So, in order to make it a bit more balanced, I proposed this.

As it is now, 30% of the server mounts Krakens, 30% mounts Codes/Nomads and only 40% uses RP weapons.
Let's hope that will change. That's the whole point.

Seventy freaking two energy?! Per gun?!

If the Vengeances get changed to that, I certainly won't be using em anymore. The Vengeance energy usage shouldn't go any higher than what the Heavy Flashpoints use now, or they will be useless.

EDIT: Hmm... if you were going to have the energy usage that high, make it a class 10. Vengeance Mk. VI. The current Vengeance V needs a buff, up to 200 or so, but with 60-64 energy usage.
