The crime was flying a Pitbull. I was powering engines to leave the area, but I guess there is no "escorting out". You could had escorted me out, or order me to leave, but I guess easy blue was better.

Well, I guess you shouldn't say that it's not nice. You broke law, you were caught. You should've just complied if you didn't want yourself to be blown up. Lolberty anyways has big problem with Pirates. I guess their characters do not like smartasses.

You were flying a Pirate Trasnport, known as Bullmastif in fact.
What I first ordered him to do was show you the way out.
Written in the laws, is that when a lawful entity fires a CD at you it means that they want you to stop. Powering up cruise engines means you're attempting to escape, at least law-wise. Always await instructions after being stopped.
Therefore your constant attempts at trying to cloak and cruise away were taken as an escape attempt, which in turn makes you non-compliant and therefore a target for engagement.
