Basically, indies can now do whatever they like and factions aren't allowed to RP consequences for their actions.

Correct me if I'm wrong, admins. I'd love that.

? You don't sound like you belong here.

My understanding of it (which may be incomplete) is that there was a liberty/order alliance by certain players, order players not involved in that were being held to it, chided for shooting at liberty, and some of the admins decided for whatever reason that in this instance the preexisting hostilities between liberty and the order would not be allowed to be RP'd away, posted to that effect, and signed it (why I'm not sure), and in a beautiful show of solidarity other people signed it as well.

I'd like to know too, afaik I am still on the outcast KOS list for having an unregistered OC Dessie. Afaik factions are still allowed to pvp whore people who fly ships that the faction flies without risk of a sanction for it.

Actually, a so-called protector of humanity decided vaping a few innocents would be a good idea. The lawfuls and I RPed accordingly, and we get a slap on the wrists in the form a big shiny aloof notice.

Good times.

Certain players? By whom? Actions of a group of individuals or even official factions do not bind the final decisions given and issued by administration and the owner of the mod on the monitoring of diplomatical relationships between the affliations of Sirius. Such rights are reserved for them to alter alliances, hostilities or neutralities. And I'm afraid, your understanding is defected.

Kress, if an Iranian soldier (no racism or anything here, just an example of leary relations or summut) came over and decided to kill some Americans, what would the Iranian government do? Say: Well, he's a part of us, but too bad. We still love him, deal with it.

The fact is, in blatantly obvious RP, at the very least he would be reprimanded for his rash actions. That's all that really happened here with Ryoken. An official faction who has put time in effort into working out a code of conduct has no right to do anything about a hostile action such as this?
