Just because they are 'playing the rules' does not mean there isn't an issue. Surely I am not the only one who has a problem with Sammael equipped Nepthys running amok with Hathor and LR gunboats in Rheinland? Because that's what we're allowing.

If you think the current tech system is failing talk to the designer, not the user.
If you think that RP foundation for such tech pool is unjustified then talk to the faction.

Since I've seen a few posts concerning such on Brigand Gunships, I'll make it clear since I lead the current Official Brigand Faction (+LE+).
They. Earned. Them.
They didn't take them.
They didn't just buy them.
They worked for us for several months onto such, doing in turn everything we asked for.
However if they cause problems with them that in turn cause problems for us, then, and only then, may/will we take them back.
As of right now, I have yet to see them cause us any problems.
So in turn, continue the good work boys.
And yes I know I'm behind on your bounty payments, forgive me.

In fact Apotheosis right. I see that RR just using all good tech to make PvP advantage. Why would Order give terrorists their tech? Why would FA will give their tech, so it could be used against Corsairs? Why so many other so different tech is in hands of one Pirate-Terrorist faction?
Even if all this was gived somehow with RP, with rules and tech-chart, this is just not fair to use best guns on best ships. Ballance ruins here, even if this with RP and Rules

Actually they have done already much mess with their technology usage.
The Rheinlanders didnt meet the Gallians yet, just got shot at by their technology.
