Blah blah blah

screenshots, sanction report if they're lollers
otherwise, don't complain, sometimes there's pirates, find a less pirated route
I've never been pirated on my route that's both in-rp and fairly profitable. (~30 million per hour in a 3.5k)
And no, I won't tell you what it is, though if you pick it up, know that I also pirate it on my Rogue character.

But the best way to solve this, is if you're getting pirated so much, and you feel it's ruining your gameplay, find an INRP way to solve your issue. Bounties, hiring mercs or Freelancers.

And don't tell me that you can't find any, everywhere is crawling with low-level civilians that you could at least use as scouts and the best part of that is you can pay them like 1 million, and they'll love you for giving them their first mill. Done this a few times.

Heck, if you see any single fighter/bomber just putzing around, you could probably offer them a few million to escort you in their ZOI and they'd do it, as long as their ID allows it and they're not an enemy of yours. And any lolpirates are so dumb that they'd probably engage them, even if they were just flying next to you, and any pirate who's intelligent might attack them anyways, even though they would be able to destroy you before your dumb escort could kill them. I know I've done that a few times in my pirate, just to reward people who use escorts.

I feel good about my piracy.

Today I had about five people sitting outside of a base waiting to kill my Ptrans because Id pirated them or freinds of theirs.

So Id occaisonly F1, new char, select same char, to beat the base idle kick and just sat there and thru RP mocking stuff at them, all while they lolwutted it up, calling me a lolwuter and what not.

I think I wasted about an hour of their time while i was mostly AFK or alt+tabd

One thing I enjoy doing is "attempting" to outrun a pirate. If he requests I halt and he's like 5+ k away I will continue on my course and if he can cruise disrupt me or put me in a Submit or die situation then yes, I will halt and negociate.

Lolwutters piss me off because they're getting free money and not even learning how to type properly let alone put any effort in.

that was quite fun . and it was a hoot when they came back on their pirating vessels, a funboat and a corsair (i assume a bomber) and told us "now its time for the tables to turn" yup, u def forgot to mention that part.

against the rules to engage a ship for revenge if it's been less than 4 hours. why dont you people report those things and make those people learn?

far as i know we submited a report, just didnt feel the need to brag about it, just as theres no need to threaten people with rules in game

I am telling you that I can't find any, there is no way you can find places crawling with low-level civilians outside of Liberty, where I mostly operate in to avoid all the you know what.

I Used to ask the occasional person I'd see to act as a scout or escort, but recently 80% of the people I encounter are pirates, and 50% of those are lolwuters. Now I just run if someone is B-lining it towards me with out introducing themselves.

A good way to get around that would be to F8 (can't remember the button) within 10K to scan for ship type first. If the ship is of pirate origin, avoid, or is ambiguous/neutral be prepared as there's a good chance that it might be a Freelancer pirate.

To summarise.
Pirates are mean and nasty.
Avoid them if possible.
