Monsieur Amroth,
Apparently there is some inconsistency between your report and the actual deliveries. Instead of the reported eight deliveries of Polymers the dockmaster of Châlons-en-Champagne could verify only one delivery of 2930 units of Polymers arriving to the station, and "a pilot seemingly undecided about where he should unload his cargo, zig-zagging between the planet and Châlons for several minutes". I do not like such inconsistencies, nor people whom I cannot trust, and I hope I do not have to explain this further.[1] C'est tout for now, given the rest of your reports are correct, et oui, the Obstinate now has enough materials for it's construction to be finished within days, but I'd still like to remind you not to forget using timestamps properly next time you make deliveries to any of the stations.
In regards to that Hacker in Liberty, it's noteworthy that you've managed to avoid piracy, yet I still don't trust them, nor their offer of "escort". Notre General used to be in contact with them, but that was long ago and did not protect our haulers from the occasional harassment for long, if at all. Always be careful when dealing with any of them, make sure you have a plan for any possible outcome of an encounter.
Croix signing off.
[1] It is just a warning and a hint of mistrust inRP, ooRP it means something I didn't really think in the past I need to outline, but it seems I do have to: I do not want to see anybody "cheat" at the construction of any ship. Buying Polymers on Marne then reselling it does not count as a valid delivery, buying it on Marne then selling it on Châlons does not count, selling it on Reims does not count, buying any of the required construction material in Champagne then reselling it on any of the construction yards does not count. Same applies to Roussillon. I hope I'm clear enough this time.
Another thing I want to clarify, that "huge personal financial loss" thing is totally useless/pointless. Most of the construction commodities are given their trade loop including the cheapest possible sell point for the material itself. These routes are to ensure the least financial loss occures to one upon delivery, and with two exceptions they are all more profitable than 2 cr/sec/slot, but none goes below 1,5 cr/sec/slot. In short: it is up to you if you want to deliver cargo with or without "huge personal loss".

Another big chunk of deliveries have been done last week (plus one more today). Construction in Champagne has got a temporary boost, the Redemption-class warship is nearing completion and the second Obstinate from Reims looks promising as well.
Additionally, the following amounts of construction materials have been transferred between the shipyards in Champagne:
- 13.575 units of Industrial Materials from Châlons-en-Champagne Station to Reims Station
- 1.033 units of Industrial Materials from Châlons-en-Champagne Station to Marne
- 1.738 units of Xenobiotic Filters from Châlons-en-Champagne Station to Reims Station

On my standard patrol through leeds today I happend to encounter a royal navy officer, he seemed to be a member of the "Bohemes" I know little of them, however it seemes there pilots are not some to underestimate. We fought for a short time before some more gallic patrols came after me. My ship being damaged, i managed to escape to the far side of the leeds planet and get repairs for my ship, this new group should not be overlooked.
I included some visual evidence of my encounter with him, Francouis signing off.

Bonsoir Mesieurs et Mesdames,
Today my patrol took me through the tau-37 system where I encountered something new I had never seen before... An Outcast Dreadnought, this Dreadnought had a very... odd callsing "avenger" as I recall. The captian of the vessel seemed to be asleep, I hailed him to see what his reasons for idling around the Freeport were... However, he quickly docked with the Freeport station, leaving me to finish my patrol. Be advised to take note of this callsign, should anyone encounter a vessel with the same callsign.

Docteur Lavoisier approached me about thirty minutes earlier with some scientific gibberish I won't detail here (even if I could), which basically confirms this announcement. In short: the entire Maine system is in imminent danger, the two stars can end up in a supernova anytime.
I hereby order the immediate evacuation of Evron Base et the Maine system, all assets currently stationed there are to rendez-vous with Flotte La Fierté á secteur 3H en Picardy et await further instructions there.
In the meantime our clever staff with the lead of Docteur Lavoisier will try to estimate our time left until the cataclysm, et we'll see if we can assist in the evacuation of civilians as well.

Mesieurs et Mesdames,
After almost a month of fruitless infiltration attempt (on one occasion I almost succeeded) Agent Jaune helping me out with the proper contacts yesterday I made contact with Foreman Fynn McScrap of the Tinker and Transport. Luckily I managed to meet with him this morning, and during our conversation he granted me the required information about the locations of all the four Lane Hacker hideouts he knew about.
Shortly after I went on to check out the one in Galileo, flied to Sector C3, the location specified by Monsieur McScrap and after some thorough searching I managed to locate Leiden Base, although in Sector B3. Adequate amount of Hacker patrols and the base having the same IFF transponder confirmed the intel. I spent the rest of my day with flying to Denver, carrying pharmaceuticals from there to the Freeport in Magellan, and finishing the day with checking out an other base, Mactan. After confirmation I returned to the freeport.
Two bases out of four are confirmed, visual evidence of the hideouts and speech logs of the conversation are attached to this transmission. I'll continue tomorrow, but since I have no idea what I'll meet the next day I'm sending my findings up until this point to secure it and already provide it for use.
