I have looked over your recruitment application several times and although some parts are a bit confusing all in all it is still valid.
Since you are a pacifist as you say, you will do just fine in our transport fleet. And you won't have to worry about anyone attacking you or your family, we have our own security for that, to protect our employees and their families. Our current relations with IMG are cold, but we do not engage each other in space anymore.
While working for Kruger you will have plenty team work. That is one of our greatest values. Although you are not very found of money, you will still be payed with it. Use it to support your family. And as for their safety, they will be well taken care of, as families of all our employees.

Where do I start? From the beginning, I guess. I was born on planet Cambridge. I don't know a thing about people who brought me to this world, as I was adopted. Not that I care about them anyways. I must admit, we don't have many foreigners in our ranks, only a few are from Bretonia, but they are treated with same respect as any Rheinlander. So fitting in will be a walk in the park for you, or so to speak. Although your past looks troubling in one way and happy in other, I can promise you that memories you gather in Krüger Mineralien will be happy.
Your experience during your mercenary days will be of great use to you in Krüger security fleet. Lately we had some problems with certain groups which threatened the security of our Mining and Transport vessels. This is the part where you come in. Where do i start, normaly all start with the birtday and move on from there till today. So lets begin with my parents my father was a trader for Republikan Shipping and my mother was a Miner at Daumann Heavy Construction. After their marriage they decide to build a small house on Holstein and thats the Place where i grew up. When i was 5 my father got shoot down by an militant Red Hessian, who tries to capture his Freighter. The only person i have since then was my mother and she gets in a sorrow about the death of his husband... my father. She is a good story teller and tells me all i wanna know and takes care for me all the years since my birth. I go to school and later try to study, but i failed to to it, because i realise that i like the easy things and not such theoreticaly things, so i have a look at diffrent job boards in the neural net and do some small things on my own in the last year. I gain some practice with mining things, i also follow an indiependent miner around in rheinland for 6 month and he teaches me the basics of mining. For myself i can say i wanna stick to an companyx and do not want to be an independent miner.
