Circumstances: I was using the trade lane from West Point to Manhattan when I ran into this Outcast delivering his final hits to a heavily damaged Navy recruit fighter. I moved in, took down his shield and dropped a single mine destroying the Outcasts ship.
Got a tip from a gunboat captain about an active Rogue bomber down in Texas. Caught up with it on the lane to Houston and pursued it almost into the sun's corona where I countered his torpedo with a mine, the explosion destroyed most of the ship sending parts into the sun.
The other two I ran into during my patrols and very much the same happened.
