Soldaten,
It's come to my attention that the affairs of promotion requests have come under my jurisdiction. As such, you will not find my approval so easy to get. While others coddle you and give you responsibility far beyond your aptitude, I seek only the finest soldiers as material worthy of the guardians of this nation. That being said, several of you have been found noteworthy and against my better judgement, are deemed worthy to serve in a higher capacity.
Flieger Richter, you've had many lessons to learn since you first came to us and you're far from being an exemplary soldier, but with no room to grow, your limitations remain a constant. That being said, I must deny your promotion on the grounds that you do not meet the criteria. You've yet to be assigned to a wraith and exercise its use. Do not waste my time with useless requests.
Flieger Steiner, you've shown the most promise out of all our fresh recruits. Your scores were excellent in the academy and your practical exams show you're on the road to being a fine pilot. However, your attitude leaves much to be desired and those who have run the gauntlet such as myself will not hold court for nonsense. Orders are to be obeyed and followed. If you disagree, you always have the option to retire after your tour of duty is up. Remember this and there will be a lot of promise in your future. I'm allowing your passage to [color=#33FF33]Gefreiter. Don't screw it up.
Finally, Flieger Gehlen, I've reviewed the information you've submitted and found you suitable for promotion. I hope you will continue to define yourself and show us what you can do out there as a [color=#33FF33]Gefreiter.
It is a fine day when you can finally cast aside the trappings of a Flieger, but know that you begin only the first steps on a road to greatness. The fighter combat tests were done several times under the old system.
I have personally lead incursions into Liberty space under high command's directive, as such that is one of the numerous reasons I believe I am fit for this rank.
