As of the samura not beeing acurate and they have placed a bounty on my head for 30 mills. i am going to set the facts straight.
First of all in court please give full facts. as of that i think samura has to be fined at for setting half proof here. There where things happened before! Also the base i hitted like 3 times only for keeping shields UP so you guys couldn't flee. So please don't try to make it seem worse than it is. Also threatning a captain won't do you guys good. Like you guys did while i was flying there. Where are those screenshots ceoran?
Now for the reason we where there. (wasn't alone) we jumped some days ago with a jumpdrive and sadly just missed the jump back. so we had to fly ourselves. and indeed we smuggled some goods. Like beer and rum :cool:
So i would suggest to drop this case. Mostly as unefficient evidence and offcourse the deliberate trying to make us corsairs look bad. By holding back the needed evidence.

I hope you will permit me to explain a couple of inaccuracies on the part of the accused here.
I do not believe we have submitted any half proof of any kind, our grievance is the act of the accused firing on Samura vessels, this has been proven by evidence submitted by the honorable director Marusa-san.
We felt it best to approach this distinguished body for a very good reason, that being that the accused was using heavy warship assets to disrupt our endeavors, as we believed this was frowned upon by this court, we decided to approach with this issue.
Now about the absurd claim that Samura would be doing this to hurt the image of the Corsair Nation, well I think we can all safely see how ridiculous this statement is on it's own merit.
I do not have to explain to this council the effort I personally went through to begin a formalised relationship to the Corsair people, one built on mutual trust, respect and prosperity.
We would never dream of using this incident to in any way insult the Corsair Nation and indeed look at this as a isolated incident by one captain who either had too much to drink or maybe got a little too gredy for his own good.
Yes there is a current bounty placed by a member of Samura Omotai Zaibatsu on this one lone vessel.
This bounty is not sponsored by Samura as a whole, but at the same time I do not feel any justification in banning it's existence.
The accused surely understands that every action has a reaction and that sometimes you may just hit a businessman who does not mind turning the hunter into the hunted, after all money talks as they say.
As such the bounty will stay in place at the discretion of it's creator and I refuse to negotiate this matter with the accused, if this Council is interested in this however, then as always you have my ear.
Over all Samura does not care why there was a Corsair vessel at this location, we were not initially worried until weapons fire was delivered to our vessels.
Until this time, there was no reason that any sane person could fathom for this vessel to need to perform any type of pre-emptive defense.
He was in the area of space dominated by friends and could of just as easily greeted us on his way out, maybe even of asked for some supplies to make his journey more comfortable.
With this statement I do hope that our intentions and thoughts on the incident have been presented in a clear enough manner for all.

Look at the evidence. and see part 1 for example. You see the member i just killed was left. before that i asked that person why no rp? As you can see in other evidence. So who is now misjudging who? Sorry but in this case must say for me personally you make me more an enemy also with that bounty on my head and then this court with evidence as shallow as possible. If you do make a court please be clear and not making accusations wich you can't support with your evidence.
Also request some repayment for putting me in a bad daylight. And trying to put me into an bad image with the corsair council. And some payment for the council of wasting their valuable time.

For shooting samurians. I also defend my fellow corsairs. As much get killed in honshu and surrounded systems. So my crew and i are defending corsairs. And we are proud to be corsairs.

Senor Sandrino,
I must admit to being somewhat surprised by your comments and reaction.
You have alluded to the fact that you believe that Samura do not make deliveries to either Corsair bases or ships. As a Corsair commander of sufficient rank to command a Cruiser you should be well aware that the fact that you personally have not seen something does not necessarily mean it is not true.
Samura has long been friends of the Empire, and they have consistently provided the Empire with a number of services not least in the area of logistical support.
I must admit to also be somewhat confused by your statement that you are defending Corsairs. I am mystified as to how you do this by attacking those that we are not at war with and actually have a mutually beneficial trade agreement with. Exactly how does firing on the friends of the Empire actually protect Corsairs? Do you not think that the Empire has enough enemies already that you feel it necessary to go and find a few more for us?
If you felt so strongly that Samura were not fulfilling their part of the bargain do you not think that it would have been more sensible to bring the matter to the attention of the Council BEFORE starting to take what you feel we are owed?
In addition to this, since when was the only import requirement of the Empire food? I assume that you have been away from Gamma for a while since you may not have noticed that there are bio domes that are attached to Skiros Station, and there are plans for more. Our ongoing requirement for imports of food is not as critical as once it was and it is hoped that one day it will be eliminated all together..
With regard to the fine of 5,000,000 that has been handed down to you for the presentation of a robot here the reasons for this are very simple. You were summoned. Not a robot'¦ There is no reason that I am currently able to think of that would prevent you from attending the Court when you were able to send a robot in your place.
If you submit to the Court, and accept our judgement, then we will speak to Samura and request that they formally lift the Bounty.

The accused has been hunting Samura vessels for a while now and has caused the destruction of a Ryuujin class transport with a full load of cargo, a bomber class vessel and damage to one of our facilities.
We estimate the total value of this destruction to be approximately two hundred million credits.
Through our insurance programs, we have been able to bring the cost down to the more manageable amount of thirty five million credits.
Because of the past history between our peoples Magistrate, Samura would be willing to not request damages against the accused, provided he leaves all Samura assets alone and stays away from both Kusari and the Sigma systems.
The accused has proven to be untrustworthy and a current investigation is being performed upon possible links this vessel may have with certain Kusari unlawful vessel that are marked as Hostile to both Samura and the Corsair Nation.
If anything does come from this investigation, I will pass along all evidence to this council.
