RE: Gateway Shipping Recruitment - Alestone - 11-23-2014 Application Form: Name: James O'Gilvie Age: 35 Character background: Ensign James O'Gilvie joined the crew of the HMS Norfolk where he spent his time learning to be Assistant Tactical Officer, Duty Tactical Officer, and had the dubious privilege of being the junior officer in the Ward Room. At the end of his tour, he was promoted to Leftenant, and assigned as the Tactical/Gunnery Officer aboard HMS Cyclone, a Churchill class gunboat. A year later, he became Executive Officer. Another promotion landed James a tour on a battleship, this time HMS MacDuff, as Tactical Officer. Leftenant Commander O'Gilvie served a spirited, but normal tour as the Kusari conflict raged. Eventually, at the age of 33, O'Gilvie would find himself in command of another Churchill, HMS Typhoon. Unfortunately, the ship would be lost with all other hands while scouting the initial phases of the war with Gallia. After surgery, and while waiting for the Navy to decide whether he would be staying on, James was put in charge of the Royal Liner, a high honor, but with limited risk of combat. The Navy would eventually decide that his injuries were too severe. This earned him a medical retirement and a pension. Now confined to a hover chair, James hopes to apply his skills at command to a merchant ship. Motivation for joining Gateway: "I've been a ship's Captain, I will be again. I like a lively outfit, and Gateway looks to be going places. I prefer a bit more order in my life than being a Freelancer." SKYP3 contact protocols: Xavier.Twaddle RE: Gateway Shipping Recruitment - Highland Laddie - 11-24-2014 Greetings Mr. O'Gilvie. You'll be pleased to know that Gateway is an equal opportunity employer, and if you are competent enough to captain a hover chair, your experience alone should make you more than qualified to captain a transport. You are hired, sir! Report to Kensington Shipping Platform for maintenance inspection, and communication integration! You will be contacted shortly. -Stuart out RE: Gateway Shipping Recruitment - Pysalas - 01-01-2015

Jerry Walling Age: 27 Character background: I, Jerry Walling, was born on planet Leeds. My father was a trader. He didn't work for any company, but himself. My mother always travelled with him, to help him with his long journeys. I never actually got to fly with my parents, because they said I was too little, but I understood everything and I wasn't mad at all. When they had to leave Leeds to trade, they would always leave me with my grandmother. While they were gone, I used to play Space Travel Simulators to develop my skills at young age, then I went to school and flying academy. At the age of 18, I finished both of them with maximum possible grades. Motivation for joining Gateway: One day, when my parents were coming back from a long trip back to Leeds, they were stopped by Bowex fighters. Bowex claimed, that my parents had some restricted cargo on board and that they have to jettison it. My father didn't want to do that, he showed Bowex's pilots all the papers, that allowed him to have this cargo. These scum pilots decided that they want to finish this problem quickly, so they just powered up weapons and blew up my fathers ship with my mother on board aswell.. That's why I want to join Gateway Shipping. I want to help Gateway rise to the top and crush Bowex for what they've done to my family! SKYP3 contact protocols: ephell1 RE: Gateway Shipping Recruitment - Highland Laddie - 01-01-2015 Hello there Mr. Wallings. My gosh, man! That is one sad story of woe that you've woven there. And not surprising, either. Murderous Bowex buggers! Well, consider yourself hired, sir. What better way to honor your parents and stick it up the corporate arses of Bowex by flying with Gateway, eh? Report to Kensington for inspection and system integration, and get your ship added to the corporate registry. Welcome aboard, sir! -Stuart out. Matt O'Neil Age: 25 Character background: My father Jack O'Neil was the captain of the Advanced Train "DocileBear", affiliated with Gateway Shipping. I lived most of my life with him on the ship, travelling the independent worlds. Being a rich man's son I had access to toys such as Sabre, Eagle, Roc, etc. and I am quite capable of using them efficiently. Furthermore, I have learned the secrets of trading from my father himself. Motivation for joining Gateway: It is my father's wish and my duty to continue his legacy. Furthermore, being a pilot of Gateway Shipping will allow me to enjoy my toys. SKYP3 contact protocols: blazingfire6 RE: Gateway Shipping Recruitment - Euca - 05-31-2015

Malcolm MacCrory Age: 34 Character background: Born and raised on the lanes, lad! Well, not literally, but I did ride backseat in me father's freighter while runnin' the loads from New London to Southampton. I lived a borin' life on New London, ye know, the standard high school education and apprenticeship in cargo handlin'. Worked around with good ol' BMM for a while, helpin' unload all sorts of junk. Decided that was a dead end job and headed off to explore for a bit. Landed me self a ship, the 17th Star, and I've been independently workin' for Gateway since. Now, I want a shot at the big leagues. Motivation for joining Gateway: Gain a sense of community, really. Workin' for no one is fun and all, but after a while, yer loose interest in it. SKYP3 contact protocols: new_world_user RE: Gateway Shipping Recruitment - Highland Laddie - 05-31-2015 Mr O'Neil and Mr. MacCrory (sheesh...what did we hit the jackpot on Scotch-Irish recruits here?) Your papers seem in order, and we have new commissions waiting for your pickup over at Kensington Shipping Platform. Report there immediately for refitting and reprogramming, and we will get you lads out in the field with all due haste. Those Bowex buggers are crawling all over the Omegas, and I want a piece of that action! Also, Mr. O'Neil...remember that nepotism can get you anywhere! Your father did a great service to this company, and we have every expectation that you'll do us proud as well! Good luck out there, Captains! -Stuart out. Orphaned at a young age due to his parents falling prey to the Gallia onslaught he was taken in by his grandfather. He since pasted away and Tim has been looking for a place to fit in and make a difference.
