Hello everyone,
Most of yesterday I spent helping a new player who was with DSE. Not DSE) our group, but the company DSE itself. We got him a Hegemon, due in large part to a 23 million dollar loan I gave him. Just doing my part as someone gave me that same loan not long ago. I taught him the silver route from Humboldt's silver fields to the sell point in Cali Minor. We then went to NY and Penn Systems to outfit his ship properly. After that I called it a day, directed him to the site to take a shot at applying and landed on Cali Minor to spend some time with the family. I also paid my 10% to DSE)Ft.Knox as usual. Heading back today/tonight to do a little mining. Hope to see you in game. If I am posting my shift logs in the wrong spot, please direct me to the right area. Thanks again.

Hail all, just a quick checking in from this mornings activities. DSE)Samaritan and I hit up the Humboldt silver fields. I got waylayed on the way there by a pirate at the cali-magellan jump gate. Fortunately I had nothing of value on me, so I paid him 500k and was on my way. We mined 5,000 units on DSE)Samaritan's transport and another 1100 on my Hegemon. A pirate struck just as we were almost full and we had to pay him 5 million each in order to keep the cargo and finish filling our ships, which we did. Afterwards we sold at Cali Minor. I paid 5 million to DSE)Ft. Knox and that was it so far for the day. When and if I get out later I will post my log here. The pirates name that got us for 10 million was Mr_Hat_and_Clogs, just as a warning. Have fun, make money and be safe.

Well today was a tough day. I was not paying attention and blew up my ship loaded with a full cargo bay of platinum, luckily I ejected or I'd not be here to type this. Afterwards I made a silver run in Humboldt, no pirates were spotted. On the good side, my Hegemon recently received an Enhanced Thruster, bringing drain down to 115, and it also got some new armor, Armor Upgrade MK VIII and a Discovery Scanner. The ship is now pretty much complete and I will be saving for a transport likely. Alright, signing off. Have fun, make money and be safe.

Earlier this morning DSE)Dragon and myself, DSE)Cardinal, went helium mining in Okinawa. I received 15 million and sent 1.5 million to DSE)Ft.Knox. Afterwards I had pressing issues back home on Cali Minor and so headed there for rest and family time. I will update the board regarding any future operations today and in the future.

Listen to this sad story, I will post the finished product when I clean this mess up in the communications thread, here is the deal so far: I also befriended and bought 9-11 a Hegemon and the items below, big thanks to DSE)Dragon who lent me 15,250,000. That money has already been paid back, but thank you, you saved me a lot of flying around!

EXTREMELY COMIC & SAD UPDATE:

My friend 9-11 apparently was enemies of Coronado's rulers and they blew him up on sight!
On top of this, he is real sick and was getting worse, he felt terrible but he needed to go. He said he'd reach me tomorrow and I have to say I believe him. Also, the fact that he bribed and did DSE missions to make DSE flash on his f8 screen, and bought a DSE ID, making him a DSE employee impressed ne a lot. I do hope he applies, though he'll have to change the name!

Anyway this means that I had to unequip my equipment, because I have the same setup, in order to carry his stuff. Well, I got stuck (the Hegemon is a beast) leaving the space station. Backed up and blew up my ship on the FLIPPING PLANET, so basically, this is what I lost and have to make up tonight, and most of this stuff, aside from the loan, I'd already paid for!!!!!:

318,000 ENH COUNTERMEASURE - Coronado (lost when I hit planet)
826,000 Enhanced Thruster - Coronado (lost when I hit planet)
15,250,000 Armor Upgrade MK VIII - Coronado (lost when I hit planet)

Well at least the top transport shield we bought at planet Los Angeles for 2mil is still on his ship:

2,000,000 Advanced Transporter Shield - This, thankfully is on his (9-11's) ship and I don't have to worry about replacing this.

So here is the plan...

Nevermind the plan, things changed and here is what happened.

DSE)Dragon invited me for some helium mining in okinawa, so I switched ships and off we went.
Our mining was cut short because of constant enemy attacks, but we got enough that I made 10 million.
I then went to Humboldt and made a cool 10mil, paid DSE)Dragon his 5mil (the remained of what I owed), send DSE)Ft.Knox his 1 million.
Well, I was on my way to Cali Minor filled with silver and a pirate halted me. I had no cash on hand of course, so I offered an account with a maxed out outcast bomber. He accepted and I was on my way.

Update: 9-11 and I have made our money and are headed to outfit his ship. WISH ME LUCK!

I'm pleased to report the delivery of the necessary Basic Alloy and Gold for the production of the "Demiguise Three". I think he finally passed out in his cockpit from the extended hauls, but I'd like to once again extend a particular thanks to Mr. Vincetti of the DSE)Skylifter for his efforts. I gotta say, the kid reminds me of myself 40 years ago.

As for the "Alethiometer Three", we put the surplus materials in storage to good use and only required a few more supplementary shipments of Basic Alloy and Industrial Materials. Sorry about the code names - I've been busy writing some adult holo-tainment spy simulations. Look for "Melissa Martini in: Espionage à Trois 3", available at retailers and for download on the neural net soon!

By the way, you wouldn't happen to have seen a red and orange gym bag with "Hot Rod" emblazoned on the side around your department, have you? I was visiting one of the girls in the research labs and seem to have misplaced it afterward. If you could be so kind as to have someone drop it off at the security office or returned to my quarters, I'd be really grateful. Oh, I'd also appreciate it if no one opened the bag. Thanks a bunch!
