Not actual changes, but rather, a formatting of sorts.
I've had my team of lawyers shorten that up.
Okay, I might've snipped article 2 out of the whole thing. It's just preposterous.
It's not like we openly wage war with the outcasts, but, it's not like we can't.
Also, as long as they stay away from our bases in Rho, I see no reason why they shouldn't just fly through. It's not exactly a secret what's in there.
Here's a reworked version, or you can use yours, just make sure to amend it accordingly.
Quote:[Article 1] As per the treaty, Core primary ships are to remain neutral and non-hostile to 101st ships and vice versa.

They're up to something and we need to investigate further. Whatever they're doing cannot possibly be good for us, so heads up.

Have been a while since I reported something. I have to bring my sincere appologies for being silent, there is pretty much nothing going around. Except for today.
It was rather an interesting combination of events. Firstly, we witnessed a sudden Hyperspace Anomaly, which led us and our companions from KNF to the Texas System. Secondly, we encountered the IMG Battlecruiser nearing Freeport 11 and saying that they want to do some mining operations in Omicrons. Thirdly, and most annoying part, The Order and their puppets once again became a headache. For few moments. During the combat, we also managed to extract some valuable resources once again. Something valuable, at least.

Here is my report of my first week back in The Core.
Firstly, with Guildmaster Daniels present I was swiftly extracted from Planet Pygar a few days ago. Expect my private report HC-only of the expedition on Pygar shortly. For now, here is the attached log of the extraction.

Today we were surprised with a visit from the Gas Miners Guild. They immediately stated they were in Omicron Delta taking pictures, which I felt was highly suspicious. After a lengthy time of trying to question their motives, during which they were extremely abrasive, they eventually said they were chasing a Core capital that had trespassed into their space. Understandable, I felt.
However the conversation was not filled without hostile feeling from their side. Eventually, I was insulted by their Guildmaster. Turning to the Charter of Omicronis, I informed her that insulting a Core pilot on patrol is against the law. I attempted to fine her 2,000,000 credits, in which she refused. A fight broke out, which resulting in us terminating all but one of their fighters. I chased him, but unfortunately I was unable to intercept the last fighter escaping through Rho. Upon passing through the unstable jump hole my ship suffered a malfunction, temporarily terminating its systems.
He got away, but not without his tail between his legs. I would suggest swift action in light of their transgressions, especially considering the proximity of Omicron Rho and Sigma-15 relative to each other.

Considering the above I strongly recommend intensification of Core patrols in Delta, as well as deployment of armed escorts for mining operations.
