"Where did you want me to start? At the point that ZoE took control of the ship or the period before?"

The attendants approach each of Tereus's men and ask their name then head into the kitchen to get the team their food. Each member is surprised that Chester was able to provide them with their favorite foods.

Chester smiles at their slightly bewildered looks of which they hid extremely well. "Being in business is the same as the military intelligence is everything. I'm sure the colonel was not expecting that" thinks Chester as he waits for Tereus's response...

Colonel Tereus Mitchell - Pillar of Solace, Eating Dinner

Chester Copperton was still as cunning as ever. While Tereus had taught him several tricks while officially dealing with Zoner Ore Extraction three years ago, Copperton's skills as in intelligence had definitely improved.

The attendants reappeared from the kitchen, carrying large trays of food. The aroma from the delicacies about to be served filled the dining hall, and it was evident that Chester, as usual, had spared no expense setting up these festivities.

Tereus waited until everyone had their meal, then cut off a sizable sliver of his chicken cordon bleu. The flavors of the chicken tantalized his taste buds, as he savored the specialty for a moment, then washed it down with sip of Chateau DeFrance. Tereus paused a moment more, letting the aroma and flavor of the whine take hold, then responded.

"Quite right Chester, and I must say, your skills in anticipating formalities such as this have improved since we last met."

Tereus took another sip of his Chateau DeFrance, which seemed to have aged perfectly. By the distinct taste, it would seem that Copperton had broken into his personal reserves, as this was clearly DeFrance A.S. 806.

"As I'm sure that The Pillar of Solace has a lengthy, and enriched history, prior to your acquisition of it, tell me about this ship, since you have been in direct ownership."

Tereus smiled, enjoying his meal, and drink, and let Chester speak.

Chester finishes his diner then places his cutlery on the place and napkin on the table

"I will tell all but first"

Chester suddenly stands and hold up his hands for silence. The room goes very quiet waiting for him to speak.

"Good evening ladies and gentlemen. First I wish you a warm welcome to my current home The Pillar of Solace. I wish to propose a toast. Long life and happiness and thank you for what you do. Secondly
Picks up his wine glass and turns to Tereus
Colonel Mitchell as commander there are none better, good ally none better to be found, and friend irreplaceable and respected by your foes. to you and your team I salute you."

Raises his glass in a toast to the Colonel and his security team.
Once the toast is done Chester sit down and turns to Tereus.

Well Tereus just after Claroke and Eric disappeared I took command of the Klondike. Once the owership was firmly in my hands, I went about in changing the name to the Pillar of Solace.
Once this was accomplished I then made my next move. You remember that the Klondike had the bare minimum in ships armor , systems, and weapons.
This may surprise you in that when ZoE took over the ship we had the ship rebuilt in to a office, living area and possible colony ship for ZoE for were ever our business took us.

The entire ship can be changed into a warship almost over nite.
So all you see can be removed in the blink of an eye so to speak.
Once the name change took place I had all the old weapons, their systems removed.
Tereus nods and listens keenly. Chester sips from his glass of wine then continues.

Well my next step was to refit the Pillar of Solace with the most modern and up to date systems. Every little detail is on the data pad in my pocket.

This include the weapons, Shields, engines, and their sub systems.
This took considerable time and effort and of course done in total secrecy,
Good thing too as Corsairs attacked us and at one point everyone was attacking us. and now it is happening all over again."

Chester looks around at his guest and notices that most are done and getting edgy, smiles as this crew does not like to sit still for any length of time just like their commander

"Tereus all you need to know is on my data pad so let's have your crew get ready for the tour but first you and I head to my office for a brief moment?"

Chester waits for Tereus's response

As Captain H.M.Murdock's Spatial approaches the rendezvous
co-ordinates, Capt Murdock sees the very large Zoner vessel.
He whistles softly and speaks to Felix.

"Now that is a ship Felix!"
As he approaches the nebula were the Venture is hiding he pushes a few buttons
and hails the hidden ship.

**This is Spatial...' Alpha Tango Echo Alpha Motel 2 requesting permission to dock.

And inform Major Zurie of our arrival' Capt Murdock Out**

Murdock puts all weapons on safe mode then accelerates towards the Venture preparing for a fast dock maneuver.

Colonel Tereus Mitchell - Talking to Chester Copperton in his office

Tereus indulges Chester, and accompanies him to his office aboard the Pillar of Solace. As with everything else aboard the ship, Chester's office is quite luxurious. Intricate Mahogany trim in complex designs carved fluid, and exquisite patterns along the walls of his office.

As Chester settled in to his chair, Tereus did a quick, passive sweep of the room for bugs. Finding nothing, He sat down, and waited for Chester to get down to matters he didn't wish the others to hear.
