Neutral Nomad rep? NEVER!
Everything is fine, though I'll be glad if LPI rep will be lowered a bit.
If you want to be friendly to nomads, become a Keeper, though you must have good RP.
And all other rep is set just fine.

For what it is worth, to become a nomad, you need some DAMN good RP and proof that you can handle being a Nomad. Being a Nomad is just like being a Terrorist, in the sense that, there is a LOT of responsibility involved, and the admins aren't about to give that to anyone who hasn't proved that they can handle it.

well, i Have been playing as a outcast for quite some time, so i know all the rules and precautions..

so can some magical admin REALLY do stuff like that?

And why do nomads need human RP?? because in RP you dontr JOIN them you ARE them
and i have nooo idea what a keeper is or how to join them


wait... if someone manages to join the nomads:
1 how does he make money (other than missions)
2. Nomads dont NEED human credits, if battleships are free, then expect a hellofalotta whore coming your way.

I think players should start neutral, but frankly, factions like administrators, SK/SK Guard/Wilde and Phantoms should be hostile to anyone who isn't actually a member/ally of these factions.

This server has very strict roleplay requirements for getting nomad/wilde status. This is a roleplay community and those things are hard to roleplay well. If they're not restriced thenw we'd have bounty hunter ID'd nomad tagged corsair cruisers flying about shouting "lulz l iz nomad i kill u" which frnakly would suck. So how about we dont let people start neutral to nomads, and keep that for people to gain when they prove themselves by getting accepted into either the Wilde faction, or the keepers.

My vote goes to starting neutrality to all, save the few exceptions (Nomads, Wilde, ALL faction Guards, Admin, Phantoms, etc.). Being able to choose a faction and get your rep automatically set appropriately (both friends and enemies) would be amazing.

I think the settings are good as they are or there would be Nomad pvp whores everywhere going all through the systems randomly killing things.

Good things starting hostile with Nomad fraction.
1. No Nomad pvp whores of doom.
2. Everyone would just be Nomad as it is considered to most the "Cool" or..." Kick***" Fraction.
3. If everyone were Nomad who would want to be any other fraction?...It would just be a bunch of OORP fighting with the Order players.
4. There would be hardly any role play....I think.
5. Its a Strict role play server, and you can't just go off being friends with Outcasts, Crosairs, Order, and Nomads, and Liberty...ect.
6. This server rocks.

don't get all mad if I'm whorrable at writting things down or thinking of them. >.>

(Offtopic) You're fine. There are free spell checkers , but it doesn't matter that much on a post like this.
If you are using Firefox you could download an add-on that spell checks as you go.
All my posts here have red underlines on the words that it picks up.
(and I have a dictionary for both U.S. words AND for Britain words.)

I...dont really have much more to say on this. Being able to choose your
starting point would be a cool idea, but I also like working my way up.

Perhaps, depending on if we are willing, the rep could be set without Admins
touching it, but still low, so that we have to work for it. I.e

1) We choose to be a Liberty Citizens, we start out in Liberty with the rep
to everyone in Liberty as neutral, but to the RH as hostile.

2) We choose to be Rheinland citizens, and are white to all RH factions but hostile to Liberty.

etc..
