Zone 21 and Alaska to give the present Liberty forces a little headache
for a while and keep them occupied.
The briefed agents should arrive at their destination in about 3 days from now own.

Dear Commander Davids,
The message you have intercepted and decoded, as you have undoubtedly figured out, was not meant for you. It is directed mainly to our sympathizers in Liberty who do not have the means to contact us. Its distributed nature allows us to smuggle fragments of code into various broadcasts. While the puzzle can be rather easily solved even by the Little Squeaky Fiends, it is technically impossible to trace a read and thus allowing our potential recruits to contact us safely, even if they are under strong surveillance.
Now, the operation we have agreed upon months ago had to be cancelled mainly because of strong ionic interference that affected our operations for almost two months. We believe that you had similar problems. Unfortunately, our resources are tied up elsewhere now, so it will have to be cancelled for good.
However, in your transmission you have elusively mentioned that you might need our help. I am all ears.

Ja, as soon as our specialists forwarded the message to me, the original reason
for your message was obvious. Still I found it to be a gut opportunity in order
to resume our last operation.
It is ein pity to hear that the same operation has to be on hold for the next time,
it was actually my idea behind the offer in our message to you.
Nontheless, I think we might be able to help out each other in other ways.
I am quite sure you are aware of the current fighting within Magellan, correct?

There are almost daily incursions by the Gallic forces, which are repelled by the Liberty Navy with occasional support from Bretonian forces. Not to mention the Colonial republic getting in a blow or two when they can, and the dreadful Xenos and their pathetic freinds the Hellfire Legion taking advantage of the situation to further their own agendas at every opportunity. The freeport 4, is now under control of the Liberty Navy in case you didnt know, so dont go there looking to resupply. So yes, the situation in Magellan is quite literally a madhouse. Out of curiosity, why do you ask?
