Are you more than completely insane Zelot? Why should the Gas Miners Guild allow civilians and random traders at will pickup shipments of military equipment without idea of their destination? For all our knowledge those shipments could have been heading directly into Rheinland. We ship military vehicles ourselves into Kusari as the naval forces will agree we have. I find it difficult any member of the Farmers Alliance has no knowledge of these shipments as they pass directly by Planet New Tokyo.

I gave this as one more example of your explotation of Kusari, you say Samura vessels are not trustworthy enough to be allowed to carry military vehicles for Kusari, nor are they trustworthy enough to pass through your space? Well, the time has come, because of your actions, the Kusari people do not find you trustworthy enough to fly through OUR space.

If Samura were trustworthy in your eyes they would be able to move these goods without your supervision or blessing. You yourself have stated that any vessel caught with Military Vehicles is to leave them at Gas Miner Naha. Samura is the largest and most influential company in Kusari, if they aren't trusted enough to move these goods, how could you be?
We, in no way, need to prove it's loyalty to Kusari or to you. It is you who need to prove their loyalty to Kusari. By blockading the Simgas to Kusari vessels and allying yourself with criminals and drug addicts, you have threatened Kusari far more than even the Bretonians.
The Farmer's Alliance and the Hogosha have ensured Kusari's safety from the Corsairs, and nothing more. This is no comparison to the acts of sabotage you have done to Kusari by allowing Cardimine to openly flow through your space. If you truly required additional security for your miners then you should have lobbied for it in the Kusari government, not made deals with the wretches you supposedly fear.
The fuel prices you speak of are of no concern to Kusari. As I have stated before, we have great fields of H-Fuel in Hokkaido just waiting to be developed by Samura and even alternative forms of transportation in development. If anything, you are seeking to stagnate our economy to be dependent on your fuel and your shipments of military vehicles. You are nothing short of extortionists.
You forget that we are true Kusari, by both blood and culture, while you have abandoned your home, your life, in favor of a life in the unknown corners of space amongst mongrels and villains. You are no longer Kusari, you are gaijin now, and as we have stated before, it is about time that we began to treat you as such.

I find it hypocritical of the GMG to claim here on public frequencies that they view Samura as trustworthy, when prior to this communique they actively stopped and impeded trade of goods by Samura vessels between Kusari and Rheinland.
Samura has lost profits due to the trade embargo imposed by the gas miner's guild, and that is unacceptable. Until the guild re-opens trade through the sigma systems, Samura will back anyone attempting to attack or otherwise disrupt the GMG's operations.
