I refused on Skype. But there you've not said a word you'll jeopardize this by having a public application process.
Despite the fact I've just a few minutes before you've put this up left the faction to prevent you from giving away leadership to someone else (including me), you're obviously really going for it.
You very well know my stance towards this faction, and given this here, you don't leave me any other choice as to put my name on the list.

Why don't you just let the faction fall and let CL take over? You even said yourself that they were better suited for the spot.
Also, if members are problems, don't bring in crappy members and/or kick them after a while.

You are the leader, you should and must know the behaviour, skills, valour and all the abilities of your members
Choose one member who you know is the best to lead this faction
I did heard that many people don't like you (101st members as well), no idea why is this but no give up mate
