Thats the meta-game part, he had no way knowing trhat. - infacT zoner guard-74 ( my bsae ) has 4000 fighter/400gb/104 Bs remains ) - but he CANT know that. Unless as before, he is going to use this ooc response as a RP response.

I don't recall seeing them myself, but from what I heard and saw screenshots of, they were openly for sale in the commodity trader of that base.
