Fourth, Metropolis is already taken care of your money is not needed.
Well the Rogue Dessies made light work of you last time, leading to you being rescued by 2 LN Dessies. So I think we do deserve some appreciation and donating to Hel means your donating to your own future.

We actually suffered no losses, only LSF actually lost anything. The official [LN] cruisers came in after we called them. You are not them. Not to mention, those two dessies were silent engaging lolwuts not representative of our diplomacy with the actual Rogues who aren't shooting us on sight.
