it's a VHF, and I know you can buy it at Mactan (cba to check elsewhere, I bought it there today so I know)

It looks comparable to the Raven's Talon. Same max turn speed and power core, but it will hit it's max turning speed a tad bit faster and I think it is a slightly smaller target at the expense of 300 armor. Infocard looks off, says it only has 11300 armor, 45 hold and 64/64 regens when it actually has 12100 armor, 70 hold and 68/68 regens.
You can buy it at Mactan and Heisenburg.

I think the Wiki editors are holding off until the mod is officially out of beta, as certain content may be added, changed, or removed before then.
