RE: The Commonwealth - Govedo13 - 08-20-2013 Solid RP, I am looking forward to see any of your members again. I wish you luck with the application. Not so War-like zoners doing zonerish things is quite neeeded now. RE: The Commonwealth - Kazinsal - 08-21-2013 So, apart from being Gallic, what makes you guys different than any other generic Zoner group? RE: The Commonwealth - Eduard - 08-21-2013 (08-21-2013, 04:45 AM)Kazinsal Wrote: So, apart from being Gallic, what makes you guys different than any other generic Zoner group? Well, apart from our origins, the organization isn't gallic as it has members from all corners of sirius. The first thing that makes us different from all the other zoners is that we don't follow that peaceful, hippie approach to everything. We are not compassionate, we are not kind, benevolent or emphatic for the ones who are not part of the Commonwealth. You could say we are "evil" zoners or the zoner embodiment of BHG Core. We do whatever ( and when I say "whatever" , I do mean "whatever" ) it takes to reach our goals and interests, the ultimate one being prosperity. ( We would even go as far as to enslaving the zoners on Freeport in order to "prevent Freeport overpopulation" ) Another good examples to illustrate our inRP capabilities of "evilness" ( Mind you, "evilness" is a bit improper and subjective. I can't see anyone as "good" or "evil" but I am using this merely because the Commonwealth holds little remorse, guilt, or empathy when they follow their interests ) is ( And I will quote from a post from a different thread ) this: Quote:We are not the normal type of zoners, those simply seeking profit or claiming to be good and fighting against the nomad threat. You could call us "evil" or... if you want to compare us... you could say we are a pacifistic BHG Core. Other thing that puts us on a difference is the fact that, in my opinion, we take a more orthodox approach to the shipline. We don't use capital ships ( for the moment, unless we properly RP the creation/use of one ) and battleships such as Nephilim will never be seen in our possession. Mainly because we see it as a waste of resources, and mainly because of our population ( around 20 members ) But, to summarize, I think that I can easily say that from an ooRP perspective, the first and foremost thing we bring apart from other Zoner groups is a refreshing, new perspective to the zoners, accompanied with lots of RP. And last but not least, taking our principles into consideration, and the location we base ourselves in ( Tau-37 ) , together with the parties with have to cope with ( OCs, IMG, etc etc ) ... All I can say is that it is self understandable that our views regarding certain parties and affiliations would differ quite significantly from the other zoner groups. ( Certain actions led us not to like Order really much and view it with distrust for example, apart from all the zoners which would easily call them "allies" any moment ) I hope this answers your question. If you have any other questions or needs of clarification, I am here and will struggle to do my best. Thank you for your attention. It means a lot. Also, I forward my appreciation for all the good reps posted above ![]() RE: The Commonwealth - Kazinsal - 08-21-2013 Evil zoners... Like the ZA, but actually Zoners? Interesting. I look forward to running into you in the future. RE: The Commonwealth - Eduard - 08-21-2013 (08-21-2013, 11:29 AM)Kazinsal Wrote: Evil zoners... Like the ZA, but actually Zoners? Not really. Our military capabilities are equivalent to 0. Everything we undertake is undertook with a discreet, and yet significant degree of persuasion, intrigue and diplomacy. But so am I. Hope we will run into each other soon enough RE: The Commonwealth - Luke. - 08-21-2013 That would explain why you haven't attacked Outcasts. Very interesting, I like it. Considering the power of the "Nacion", and our "power" as well. We would compromise the existence of both the Freeport 10, and possibly our existence as well, should we act hostile.. As eccentric as we may be, we are still smart and know our capabilities as well as our neighbours' capabilities. Glad you like our Modus Operandi PS: Moreover, we have an affinity for "bussinessmen" you could say RE: The Commonwealth - Zen_Mechanics - 08-21-2013 Good luck with your application, only positive things I can add in- both on my zoner/oc chars. RE: The Commonwealth - Enkidu - 08-21-2013 Bien, thanks. Remember we're open to all feedback, positive and, yes, negative as well, so if you have anything you want to shoot at us, say a query why our diplo sheet is done the way it is, or any elaboration, feel free. The page will be under development until the Admins see fit to approve/disprove us. I'll be adding sections periodically. RE: The Commonwealth - Connor - 08-22-2013 I have really no negative apart from, your too good at Role play! I'd like to see this faction go far. There aren't many zoners in the taus. Good luck guys |
