Another thing I just noticed: I had literally no idea that we had a huge website button below every post (if you've got it set up in your user profile, that is) as a replacement for the tiny little icon we had on IPB. I didn't think that URL appeared anywhere outside of my profile page up until a few minutes ago...
I have absolutely no idea how I've been able to miss that for over a year.

Its too bad aslo that once you post an event it can become visible to everyone.

Events that you post can already become visible to everyone. If you meant the opposite; you can already have private events that are visible to only you.
