As I said, Doc, "recently".
And Thyr, that didn't exactly last long with Dancing Lady being caught up in... other stuff just afterwards. I also didn't include my own efforts with HdR| (we did have something like four confirmed members at one point!) given I never posted some proper RP about it, nor continued to pursue it... although I sometimes log, and Lune posted as Alaine.

Gallic Brigands enjoy the cardi trade. It was a large boost to their economy when Gallia opened their doors.

Actually, it's a bit different now with 4.87. They've adjusted a few things to make everything fit a little better.
Gallic Junkers, who built Torino for the Outcasts in Lorraine (which was mentioned back in 4.86), are the ones with the most interest in shipping Cardamine. At present they're much like a Gallic version of the Privateers.
As for the Brigands, they might still run cardi, as that choice is actually left fairly open to the RP of individuals or groups. They would like the drug profit, but all their closest allies (see below) hate the drug. And Outcasts make excellent pirating targets.
Maquis, Corse, and Council all despise Cardamine. They each see the actual incredible danger the drug poses, in addition to whatever competition it might cause and their hostility towards the Maltese.
