You should consider joining the BAF| we can give you the credits for a ship and we can also teach you RP. Our RP is one of the most fun in the game (in my opinion) so yeah.. I should probably give you a link but you should find us in the Official Factions part in Bretonia.

Sorry about that, I always start off my welcome threads like that lol.
Anywho, I'm superBlast, newbie to FL and Discovery. Just learned about the game and the mod a few days ago thanks to a friend, dabbled a bit in the singleplayer Campaign... just enough so I could figure out how things work.
So yeah... I'm real new compared to a lot of you I seen while I was lurking.
Also kinda new to the whole... "RP in a video game" thing... I have Rp'd a bit in forums and chats, but nothing large scale like this and never in a game... and the few hours I've clocked into the Discovery RP server really hasn't helped me much... maybe I was just on during the less populated hours? Since I haven't seen a single person say anything except me... Though I have read the main stuff of the wiki, and the rules, and a few guides... though still rather lost.
But yeah, I'm having a hard time trying to do this really, but I'm trying since I'm hoping it'd be more fun once I get past the "WTF is going on!?" stage.
Insanity is entirely welcome here - we have entire factions founded around that precept!
