Smaller but having to unzip a lot of stuff, or large but having unzipped ready to use?

Smallest I've managed to get it is 128 with winRar.
Thing is, it's not that much smaller with the inner folders compressed (128 megs versus 131 megs)
If you can get it smaller Boss, that would be great. I've tried using, .ZIP, .RAR and .ACE.
And Angel, it's been here for a while now... Noone seems interested:(

Where is the UTF editor? It's an integral part for quickly messing with the internals of a .cmp file (retexturing etc)
