How exactly inRP would Outcasts be able to continuously move massive amounts of Outcast capital ships into Liberty without getting large aggression from both lawfuls and other unlawful factions in the area who do not like foreign capitals in their space?

Remove Liberty from the mod.

So how exactly would I press "Respawn" and the ship I just saw explode is 100% intact? FL magic, that's how!

Also, yes, limit the capitals to the edge/border worlds that the outcasts operate. Do the same perhaps for the Corsairs too and while you're at it return the old Alpha -> Eta -> Theta ->Gamma or even shorten it if you want. It's been a while since the Corsairs had a reason to log.

I wouldn't mind seeing the OC ID get the same restrictions as the Order ID: Cannot bring anything larger than a gunboat into a system with a jumpgate. Exceptions being the Taus and Sigmas

while we're at it, include that line in the Corsair ID too, but let them go to Sigmas and Omegas

Does it really matter who terrorises New York?

I have known when it was:

1) Indie Rogues in Snubs, GBs and Dessies wiping out the Lawfuls.
2) The previous Torpedoes wiping out the Lawfuls
3) Then there was always the Rheinland Fleets.

and now it is Outcast Capitals doing it.

Most of the slightly older players should remember when the Outcast Caps used to 'pop out' from Conn - eg Mr Monty and his friends, on regular occasions.

There has always, as long as I have known it, Groups who regularly come in a wipe everything out in New York.

Everybody always 'sees' how others affect their enjoyment of the Game.

There are some that have posted in these type of threads that spend most if not all their time 'pirating' in one form or another. Have you ever thought about the other person's enjoyment of the Game or just your own gratification?

I have known it, when trading, that I have come in to Colorado and been pirated, arrive in New York and hit again, attempted to leave New York and hit on the TL to Texas, get hit in Texas or going the other route get hit heading to California JG and then again in California. This also doesn't take into account the pirates heading in to Penns and actually in Penns. Once you couldn't move in Liberty without meeting a Pirate on every corner all wanting their 2 million or more.

It is always great to limit others way of playing as long as others don't try to restrict yours.

And, no, I don't terrorise Liberty and no I don't pirate.

Considering how I'm in CL and have been playing as an Outcast since 2010, I would say that I am trying to restrict my ability to play. I can see that Outcasts have no business bringing capitals to Liberty, so they shouldn't be allowed to. Neither of the official OC factions want capitals in Liberty

Take away the ability to use caps down there, allow transports and fighters as it was.

I always considered Outcast caps as a target practice, than an annoyance. There's always more LN caps anyways. And if there weren't those random unlawful caps, we had less LNS, too. Okay, that's actually a good thing.

Still, I don't quite care for their cap's ZOI, it's nothing that needs much attention in my opinion. (I got a Ranseur myself, but never left the Omicrons with it once.) And as Rogue player, it's always fun to shoot Ranseurs instead of Dreads.

Sometimes, it seems like people just want to change things for the sake of change, and having a word in it.

Voted "Leave as it is", because I don't see the need for a change (as Outcast/Rogue/LN player).
