SO what we have hear is fed up sarcastic burnt-out vets crapping on new guys ideas. It saddens me to say that this is the typical response to these and that Benz should have seen this coming.

And you wonder what the problem is here?

The problem is that people talk instead of taking action.

Name: Acolyte.

Contribution: Progressing with the idea of open dev forums (as a means of acquiring, as you say "a group of "wannabie-devs" to support the actual devs") because I think it's something that definitely merits further inspection. I'll write the proposal if it gets to that stage.

-Edit- Also, I will gladly take the shift as one of the newbie greeters, to help them along, and in lieu of high Angel activity.

I suggest we organize ourselves on Skype and get to work.

I try to tell you that you will face negativity for these kind of threads and nothing positive will ever come out of it instead of people flaming and indirectly mocking you.

And you bounce back on me, how nice of you both?

RE: WHO is willing to save this mod? - Benz - 05-04-2014

@|nfrared : No I don't wonder at all. That's why I still smile, invite everybody (even the bitter people) and look forward.
I will collect every idea, every commitment and those people who seem to really care and are ready to move on will be organizing their thing. - For sure!

Keep dreaming and don't listen to bitter vets and all those people who have fun in trolling and flaming! -We keep fighting, we keep dreaming and we keep having fun at disco! Resistance baby Wink

I'm in. I known nothing about modeling or programing but I think I can help with some content.

Quote:^Exactly this.

Make some RP in the forums that seems interesting for others and makes others log in, after some days of it.

If you have suggestions, post it in a thread which the admins or devs have started(they apparently havent) or suggest it to them via Skype/PM.

The biggest mistake is starting a thread like this, since it will bring in all the negativity on you, and people (some of them) will flame here. Its just getting negativity in the community, wherein your suggestions and ideas can be done well of by speaking to those who are directly responsible for the functioning of this mod.

I already saw the death of a server. Denying the reality is even worst, you treat the symptoms but not the disease. Let the people talk about it, in a hiden forum if you want, but let them. Besides, what is the worst thing that could happen? A group of unfinished lore of a handful of factions?

I'll keep having fun.

Was a fun raid on TBH today.
Was good rp with 101st today.

Will continue organising and helping organising group activity. Smile

I have always done and liked that.

Wow I was not bouncing! Sorry wingman I was just pointing out what my intension are. If a think-tank is a place for some people to start a vendetta so be it. I don't mind. I want to extract the good things that might come out of here. I just oversee the bad things.

As for your posts: Thanks for your warning.

I am taking action. At least it is more then talking so far. Don't you agree?

Nonono my bad. I mean I don't know nothing about those things. I can help to write new infocards, give ideas about lore. But not this.
