Once aboard, GrowEx teams will begin designing and budgeting the construction of the BioDome™. Once that is complete, I will send you a complete Proposed Construction Manifest (PCM) of all required materials. Regarding the licensure fee, that can be paid any time before finalized construction of the BioDome™, sent to Synth|Food.for.Thought at your earliest convenience.
