Had this communication forwarded to me, I'm assuming its a refresh of the old system so I'll gladly repost my previous information.
Unfortunately the fleet isn't as active as we'd like, and we don't have many ships still in frequent service, but I'm sure I'll be able to rally a few people should it prove necessary.
