Questions for Garrett:
- It's hard to be an admin? Besides dealing of dozens sanctions, complaints ect what are Your responsibilities?
Is there any good sides for being an admin? Is it hard to separate personal feelings from being an admin?
- Can you tell some details what changes to expect after the update? Some info about the lore?
- What are Your thoughts or opinion about restarts - are they needed or not?

Question for You Spazz:
- In videos of Yours (they are all awesome) so far You were more focused on earning money and showing things
is there a chance that in future will be more teaching / advices about RP ?

While listening, a few things make me think and I got stuck with a dilemma.

I assume Official Faction Perks are supposed not only give more power for Official Factions to develop the future of their NPC factions, but as an effect, draw players to join them, something which would be a far more significant aid for small near-dead factions to survive than for those alive. On the other hand, what is asked in return are more strict, exemplary roleplay with a higher-than-average level of quality. Enthusiasm, dedication, taking care of the faction, and not just existing for the perks, is meant to be the responsibility of Official Factions, as I get it.

Now, the reward part of these perks may create player influx while the responsibility part I can expect to drive players, who are less dedicated in this game and would prefer a more relaxed approach, away. At which point I'd rather not risk drive away players from my faction by enforcing my view on what dedication means on them before a steady playerbase has been gathered for Council already, which would mean faction responsibilities getting applied a while after we get the rewards. But then I can't expect Admins just hand over rewards with only the premise that I will begin taking this Official Faction thing seriously once I have enough players around me.

What now?

I think perks will just draw in players that are concerned with gameplay advantages rather than roleplay. Afterall, roleplay already is a reward to playing in an official faction.

Faction perks are, by design, bound to fail.

The solution here is for faction leaders to just be ever more careful with their recruitment.
