Now, i'd recommend you stop denying proven facts. I am sure that will not benefict you at all in whatever trial you will be judged at by the Order.

- The fact that you were heading towards the gate does not nullify the fact that in the middle of the passage you stopped your ship and began shooting. I'd love to have cruise disruptors able to cover the distance which separated us both; Unfortunately, i do not possess such a technology.

I'm sorry Nomad Killer, but I'm beginning to believe their side as well after having seen the camera footage. Yes, you were heading out of Liberty space, but this could have been done without people dying.
I think it needs to be said here that The Order exists to protect humanity, even if they consider us terrorists by doing so. An Order pilot should never kill another human unless no other option presents itself, and if at any point negotiations can prevent more deaths, that is the preferrable option.
These actions are the kind that caused us to be branded as bloodthirsty terrorists in the first place. How can we be seen as protectors and guardians of Sirius when we continue to take action against others who claim the same? Our purpose it to stop alien threats, no other. It is bad enough that the bounty hunters force a war on us that we do not wish to engage in, but we cannot have more liberty blood on our hands.
I think the terms of the treaty need to be restated, I will be broadcasting more understandable terms within the hour.
Nomad Killer, however much I hate to do so I'm going to have to let this incident pass. We are too understaffed to let one of our Battleships or it's Captain be decommissioned right now, but you need to offer an apology here to the families of those who were killed, and remain outside of Liberty space unless invited in the future.

Notice: All things said in this post are OOC.
I've tried to ignore this and let it die down, and to some extent it has. I have some statements to add to those already listed.
Firstly, Ryoken, stop contradicting yourself. Lies to save face don't work if you say completely opposite things.
Secondly, although his Osiris ship did head towards the Alaska gate, it stopped 2k's away. We were approximately 5k's behind, he had more than enough time to dock. Whether it was because he wanted to use mines to his advantage and limit our movement or something else, I know not. It was there that after another warning, he decided to turn his guns on us.

Ryoken, all of this started because we couldn't find your characters name on our nomad licence lists. We then asked you to drop the nomad items you were carrying. All you had to do was that, and this would never have happened. But instead you start arguing with us. I dont know whether you brought your osiris here for revenge or whether you truly were chasing a nomad.
Message of the story: Just do what lawfuls say so these kinds of things don't happen.

Directed to Tenacity.
I am not sure whether the following information is accurate, it was passed on by word of mouth and a quick scan using the long range defense grid.
There was a ship, possibly Order, named Nomad_KillerMKII located in Omicron Gamma. Now, to be honest I am over the issues which sparked this conflict, but I would state that I suspect this ship may have the same pilot as Nomad_Killer, or could even be the same ship simply under a paint job.
These rumours have not been concerned, but I will keep an ear out for more information.
